mmmm i Have the feeling we will have another chance to enter short near 0.84 today , maybe a good chinese PMI can help, but we Have to take into account we aré one week away from new Zelands probably raising its interést rate, buyers Will not quit easily although right now kiwi is a bit expensive

To be frank,during to the immigration of rich Chinese,
CPI seems to be too high to threaten the inflation in New Zealand,
such as you know,house price and so on.

It is of course necessary to rise the cash rate imminently.

But,do remember,fundamental date could usual be controlled by someone,just for their own benefit.

I don't think NZ will raise rates before AU fundamental turns better. Otherwise, NZDAUD would go parity which hurts(may destroy) NZ economy.

House price sour and inflation is KIWI must pay for economy growth. That's just another side of coin of immigration policy.

Although I would like to hold my view on Kiwi negative rather than positive,
especially other commodity currencies has been crashing.


In a sense, don't you think Kiwi in 2014 will follow the trail with Aussie in 2010?

NZDUSD is around the previous resistence levels. Prior 2 pinbar was the sign of bearish movement and now we again see a pin bar with RSI and Stochastic also support previous bearish price action again. USD can gain momentum against this commodity currency.

Mmm i totally disagree. The rate hike expectation is already priced, right know AUD/NZD is near its fair value, i think that if New Zeland increase its interest rate we will not see much movement, we might see a lot of volatility but at the end price will not appreciate much. However, we will see a big movement to the downside if new zeland dont increase the interest rate.
0,84 great level to enter short.
