People look for views on here.. So I'm going to share.. My view.

This is on the 4H TimeFrame

I've earlier indicated a trend line down.. I have put a support line..

If the price continues to trade and does NOT break the trendline then it can get squeezed at the support with the trend and break from there to the top side.. That is from a technical stand point of a POSSIBILITY.. Does not indicate it will happen, but that it CAN happen.

I'm holding short from .8321 My TP is at .8227

EURCHF is quite slow pair. May be you have to wait for month or two to see this pair going up. On weekly and monthly time frames, this pair is not even ranging. 1.223, 1226 and 1.229 should be you target levels.

I know. There is no news (that we know of), and all of sudden, all of the majors went up with AU leading the pack. Does anybody know why? Futures and Options expiring? Market taking out stops? ...?

There was a similar thing last month..

In January..

Scenario what might happen now.. Its going to consolidate and then make its way back down again.

My short came close to being stopped out, but still in play.. My recommendation would be to take shorts With the notion .8391 was the last high point. I'm going to take another short with same stop-loss of .8346

Swaps on this trade if you hold it to long they bury deep!

Note: all my trades can be seen on my trade explorer!

Be careful it might go up still in the Tokyo session especially the quarterly Inflation Expectation number is coming out at 9:00 PM EST for kiwi, although it's not too high-impact of a number. And then starting with the London session, the price is probably going to make its way down.

.8340ish area is acting as resistance point now.

So caution definitely must be administered. At the same time, I did put a SL at .8346 so from this level its only 13 pips risk and TP is at the same level .8227 for 106 pip potential reward.

So its 10:1 Risk Reward Ratio.

Asia session might play into it, and the report will more likely be discounted into the price.

If I'm stopped out, I will wait for next entry either be short again or long.

At this point Risk reward is on my side -- Will play into this from re-occurring patterns.

Woooo going for the long haul are we? It's a good setup. I like it that the loss will be so small in the likelihood IF you get stopped out.

It touched .8340 again and went back down to .8327ish where it is now..I've been holding it.. and swaps are killing me.. But, the only way to trade is to limit losses and gain big profits and grow big man chest hair lol.

As an additional note the downtrend line that was acting as resistance before can now act as Support trend-line where price can possible bounce of it. Which correlates to areas where it had hard time sagging through. Either way its choppy its nasty, but.. overtime it will payout..

Good question to ask why rob banks when you can rob curruncy exchanges!!
