I think the original basket that Julius set contained CADJPY, but it also had another CAD pair to hedge it.

It was CADJPY and USDCAD that were in the original basket.

there are some scripts to control maximum loss, but you will have to use the dollar amount not pip count.

BOTH my demo & Live C5 baskets closed at BE - looking to re-enter via the M15 IF the SELL continues. The C14s are still running.

Waiting to see HOW (IF) the USD news later today will change things.

set a dollar amount, when your losses get to that amount, it closes all the trades.

No one is talking about the short signal earlier.....The USD is still very week, that will drop the UJ and other yen pairs...but a lot can change quickly...

TyLamai, Congrats on your 1 yr anniversaire... Your posts are very helpful... I have searched, but have not found what value(s) you are using for b/e. Can you tell me??? Perhaps you use a retrace to higher TF HAS???

As for the BE, I use 300pips for C14 & 150pips for C5 (bear in mind that I use DOUBLE lotsizes for C5).

Some pip-rakers here use 350, 250, 400 etc., etc. I guess it ALL depends on you.

By the way, my StopLoss = 40pips * No. of Pairs in Basket =
40 * C14 = 560pips &
40 * C5 = 200pips

My risk is 10% compounded.

Sometimes I use 5% (depends on what I deduce the market will do or whether or not I am trading along/against the prevailing trend).

As for my TakeProfit, sometimes I go for 600pips, other times I exit based on PriceAction / Support&Resistance Zones / Trendlines / Fractals and so on.

I KNOW I have over-answered your question but I just felt someone else might need the EXTRA info.

I don't use the HAS monitor.

C5 monitor = 555
C14 monitor = 1060

I am looking for a !TLE with trendline exit to integrate into the !TLE_ICHI_MA (3) modified by Tnavi.

I need help from any expert of this thread like GVC, Kos, Nisha, etc.... Do you have such tool please?

Hi there,

that is a good option to have. Trend line exit. GVC is the best person I think can do this or Seller9 but if they will want to invest time and effort for this request is another issue. They are already busy in what they are doing for us.

I too will like to see something like that here.
