Thanks for your interest, my apologies this time for not posting the charts, but some fair idea on reasons for taking the trades, can be obtained from the first three rows of the excel sheet that was attached. Your valuable input is welcomed all the way. Regards

We use a free program called Jing... to take screenshots, as you can put arrows and text on the screenshot and upload...its very easy and effective when wanting to show your trades...see my attachment..

This is the H4 and m5 charts.

I insert the rectangle on the H4 chart and then drop down to the m5/m1.

Draw your trendlines but the important thing here is to know, even though i am on the m5 I am trading from the H4.

Hi Guys - well spotted Lifer. Looks good eh?

I only have 4 pairs now - was finding that it took too much time analysing price action. Not a lot showing at the moment but I am keen on the Kiwi close in just under 3 hours. If this candle can close strong , I anticipate that price may continue down. It had 1 good crack at the 21 but failed and now the 8ma and recent Support now Resistance may help with a further drop. Just my ideas - what do you reckon??

I can't see anything negative. I also like that long tail. Also looking at the Daily Timeframe it looks like a BPM from 200sma to the downside. Good Luck!!

I have a question to all the traders out there: Been doing a lot of reading and research and every time I read about lagging indicators (and that includes moving averages). But in my opinion the way that Phillip uses the moving averages as boundaries I would say that in this case they are not lagging indicators. Agree or disagree?
When moving averages get used as a crossover strategy I would say then they can be called lagging indicators.

That is something Phillip talks about.

Support becoming resistance visa versa etc...

Really good question.

Where a crossover happens i believe some sort of BPM must happen.

However, if you are using a BPM this is price action right? and crossovers you are waiting to see a crossover and you have no concern with price movement or pattern....

For example you could get a better price into the trade on the first pull back forming the BPM...in anticipation of the direction, than just waiting for the crossover to happen and a large candle breaks out...on a BPM you are waiting for confirmation that it is really happening...

This is my take on some of the differences.

Still Watching - No trade signal so far.
The 21 is running things at the moment. There are a couple of long tails trying to check out if there are any sellers below that BRN but so far - no one there
Plan A short with TC is still an expectation but I am just finalising my Plan B which will be a long back up to the 89 if price can close above the 21. Will go to smaller Time Frame & look for a BPM set up.

Just looking saved you money, my friend.

I have put trendlines on from weekly/daily and looking at recent actions, when price was looking bearish and people were loading up their sells, price went up like a rocket.

I have 2 support lines and a similar looking chart/macd/moving averages.... Will price shoot up to the top trendlines Friday?

I am not trading this as i don't want to lose, i will sit and watch, just looking Binnie like you..

I have traded the UJ for 2 days, thats working out nice as the spread is the same as EU 1.7...sweet.....

Howdy Richard - your'e spot on buddy. My Macd did not give me a trigger so happy to sit & watch. If the preference is for a big run upwards towards the 89 - then let me on board. Will be the same sort of set up as Lifer has just posted on the NZCAD.

@LIFER - yahoo matey. Go get them pips. You getting pretty handy with these trades - awesome
