Since RBA didn't mention about AUD being overvalued this time round, my forecast will be that they are fine with the current performance of their currency and interest rate will remain as it is for now. Hence, i don't think going short will be ideal since it had broken the downtrend line and approaching the major trendline in the .90 region.

I will say, AUD is in for a short term bullish run until RBA Stevens reminds everyone about AUD preferred position at .85.

My humble opinion, i'm here to learn from everyone else here in this forum as well.

Price has come up quite a bit as you know, watch for any short term price action in the area above the Fib 61.8 line. (see previous post)

I'm not saying the price is going to reverse but there is certainly the potential for it to happen at this current level.

I still have a shorting preference on this pair.

I wouldn't short.... I took a straddle, pure gamble, as I do with every rate announcement. Back test what happens at the announcements. I'd say I win this way about 80% of the time. Price doesn't dither around. I shorted EA too.
Good call.

Can see A/U is heading to .900 and E/A correction 500-600 pips.

Im michelle, new member here . I would like to ask your opinion guys.ive been selling aussie at 0,8990 and 0,8976
Based on resistance level and was thinking to rideonthe correction. Looking its character , do u think it will have a correction, whats the visible level?or it will just go north?
Surely demand for aud huge. 206pips a day.more than its daily range

No way to know for sure but looks like it's heading to .900 and if there will be heavy sellings but can't find the reason for sell off atm

What I see is the potential for a reversal, but that isn't a guarantee so what one does in a situation like this is look for candles with long wicks going into resistance areas and other signs of rejection of resistance and use proper stop losses so if you're wrong you don't blow your account.

Remember even if you get stopped out you can always re-enter so why risk letting it get out of hand? This is where not risking to much money comes into play.

This is what i see.. going to 0,9000 and we see how later.. but from the chart surely its going up.i guessim waiting forthe market close and decide
