Sugar Update:

Another small move higher after Friday's rally. No selling from the rally is bullish.
This is also being affected my the dry weather in Brazil.

16 area should provide some resistance.

What I would like to see is a retest of the neckline (4725 area) and a reversal (via a bearish candle ) off there. I would not like my stop to be above 5755 area

I see 2 areas of interest.
On the shorter timeframe (H1) there's a smaller flip of S/R.
On the larger timeframe (H4) is a bigger flip of S/R.

Aud rallied hard overnight An immediate downmove has been negated. RBA left interest rates on hold and their statement implied they did not think the aud was too strong anymore. Hence the srious upmove. I was short the audcad from the top of the indicsated channel but bailed out when I went to bed. Glad I did. As it turns out the real play in this pair was the move up not the move down. The new question is are we going to have a breakout to the upside. The long side of this trade is carry positive. will see hopw this one plays out

Sorry Trexy I had gone to bed when you posted your question. Check out where price turned overnight - 4725 the neckline. I had the 1hour chart up looking for that reversal. when I was answering your first question.

Great analysis. We'll see how this one plays out. 4725 is now a more important resistance level. GbpChf can be bothersome sometimes
