Alien has some catching up to do, I see...................

Alien made some nice swing trades today on selling EJ, AU, UC and buying the EU.............

500 dollars and you get an indi-set that just tells you "if A and B and C, then BUY". You have no idea how it works and why it works.

Granted, you have to read 121 pages of posts (on my third read-through currently, compiling all the useful tidbits i can find) and that's a lot of work.. At the end of the day though, I will know WHY i took a trade decision, instead of being nervous about the quality of something i don't understand. Right or wrong, i don't care. At least i had a real reason to do what i did.

Alien, was this where you took your entries on the EJ and the UC? UC had a nice black stoch divergence then crossed back down over the green...

Can I ask how you managed the exits on your trades and which TF ADX (42 or 89 or 144?) did you use to do this?

on the UC I was in 1.1160 for a short, out 1.1103 and was swing trading a different system.

The EJ I made a mistake when I said short., the day before was this trade , long at 141.69 and out 142.24 sorry for the dyslexia ............

Studying what you read is the best way to get it to sink in, practice on a demo account, It takes some time to get your eyes trained to look for the few clues you need, after that, it becomes like driving a car across town...............

Alien's system's may not be right for everyone, some picked it up in a heart beat and others take quality time for it to sink in , everyone is on a different level of seat time .............

Ok I understand the UC

No problem with the dyslexia Alien, I'm forever having those problems on my posts .

But the EJ, when you say the day before, do you mean entering in the Tokyo session (the day before for you?) which had a 46 pip pull back or entry in London session (current day) and then which ran up with the EUR news (seemed it was leaked as it started it's move not long before it was announced)? [Edit Blue vertical line in London Open entry should be on the candle before, the 9:00 o'clock candle as it hit the 141.69 first]

as we discuss it with yaysayer few posts ago, based on your extraterrestrial method ADX [plus BBs] contraction is #1 clue before price "explosion".
I found this example where 3x stoch don't really give us any serious clue about direction [or I still can't see it, please correct me if I'm wrong]
Only ADX far below 30 showed us that we can expect price "explosion" very soon.
RSIoma as well was somewhere around 50 in left example and 30 in right, more or less FLAT in both examples. Only DS "ruber band" indicated possible direction: short in first example and long in second.

Am I right that ADX [plus BBs] contraction is KING to catch early price movement? Would you review and comment that example, please. As you mention it before you had trade "and buying the EU......" today. Can't wait your comment.

Do you try to look in lower TF to catch early price movement ? like alien said "Lower TF drive Higher TF"

I must admit I like the BBSqueezes when combined a DS but I don't see how to get in this move on the EU, I was watching it, at the time. The move was occurred right on the German Flash Manufacturing News. I find its a good idea to go back to what all the TFs looked like at the time of the move. This is what the chart looked like the at the moment of the news (M1 shows a few candles after the news and M5 one candle after the news).

I don't see any way to get in this trade until after it had gone a long way after the news.

D1, H4 and H1 RSIOMAs and DS all seem in conflict/mixed, H4 DS flattening out to maybe roll short, all RSIOMAs short although D1 turned up [Edit:sorry forgot to rollback D1, the DS cross was incomplete and RSIOMA hadn't turned up, still had a DS gap]
All TF ADXs were contracting, H1 was particularly tight
BBSqueezes across H4 and below, so a big move could be expected but which way...not sure yet...
M15 Green under 50 and RSIOMA flat with DS choppy pointing down
M5 The Green Stoch was flat above 50 and started to point up the candle after the news as did the RSIOMA which was just above 50. Also a black stoch cross but that one doesn't look very pretty to me, it had been very choppy before that. And M5 ADX was contracting.
M1 actually expanded short before the news.....

Not that I would enter before the news but I'm not sure I see any indication of which way PA might go other than the M5 RSIOMA and Green stoch being just above 50 (but RSIOMA was flat, it pointed up after afterwards). Could have entered when M5 RISOMA hit 80 level but that was one M5 candle after the news....so don't know about that entry, I like to let the news settle a little, but it was the trigger this time...

If anyone sees anything else I would love to hear
[Edit: I forgot to roll back the D1 chart...the DS had not crossed yet at that time, there was still a gap..at the time I actually had the EU marked down to look for shorts still based on H4 DS trying to roll over and incomplete D1 DS cross...not quite right lol)

Speaking as captain hindsight, and since i tend to get into positions too soon, there is a possible entry on M5 where RSIOMA and green stoch both cross 50 upwards, combined with some adx expansion (7, 21, 42 as far as i can make out). there is also a tiny LLprice-HLrsioma divergence taking place right after that, giving an entry about 3 M5 candles before the move.

That said, i would not have dared take this trade with virtually all other TF's so confused.

Agreed yaysayer, I see what you saying (I've never looked for RSIOMA divergences in position that tight before - good eyes!) and you are right, there was an earlier M5 expansion (the RSIOMA was very flat then). There was also news not long after that expansion that moved it back down for your HL (2 sets of news half hour apart). Good stuff, thanks for your input

Alien I am new to this trend , but I have been following for the last couple of days and finally reach the current post. This system you have is Awesome!!! Your system works perfectly for me! My last 30 trades, I only lost 4! That's about a 85% success rate! And its on my micro LIVE account.

Please view my trade explorer for proof if anyone doubts Mr. ForexAlien's system. You can see that it was down hill at first but then with better understanding/patience/practice with your system, things began to simply "click on" for me!
