Why would anybody question why this market does not have predictable outcomes.just look at the participants on this forum.action man.and brains of Britain . pretty much may be random but it sure has predictable nature

So I shall ask again, why don't we all, post up Live charts ie I'm about to take a trade, take a screen shot, draw on it as time is short a line for the SL and a arrow to highlight direction, although other side of SL obviously, any trade which gets to 1:1 we'll consider a profit regardless of high it goes after.

Later, in order not to interfere with the trade time, you could write up why you took the trade and add more detail to the chart, that would be great ( H4 traders not a issue, but M1's will suffer )


Then we can analyze the data, see which methods have an edge and which you might aswell be flipping a coin.


Then we can prove predictability or not and we might ever learn some nice setups in the bargain.

Drawing lines on a chart after the event, isn't proving any predictability is it!

Magix, I couldn't just post a chart so I stuck it here but , I just had a quick look at the e/u hour chart...
A = tops
B = bottom
C = 200 day ema
D = indecision but still a level
E = high but I would never touch it

my main trading pc is not running up to date so I cannot answer some questions but I would expect the e/u to drop to the 200 day ema and bounce, if I had my stats I could give a better prediction. one thing for sure is that A or B will be hit or both and this can be traded if you know how

sorry about this but I cannot upload the chart, I can wrote down the figures or maybe try and post it later

It will always meet the 200ema, but ofcourse the 200ema is moving, so it might be 500pips higher so shorting to go back to the 200ema is a coin flip trade sadly.

Look at the big move up to A you'd be saying it'll go back to 200ema all the way up, would it not be best to say it's going up and go long with it and see what happens, trail with a SL maybe ??

Not that I am going to throw a lot of Credo into market while money is still away sipping rum n nog...

But Thinking in terms of daily resistance, Daily and hourly.

I think the important thing to remember here, is that TK hasn't had a chance to buy up or sell off the top.

That being said, still a line in the sand. If we break above, I will look for a retest...Really not expecting much into the New Year, thus the reason I'm not trading...

At the moment, EU's direction is down but weak, bad time as markets closing and tomorrow a 1/2 day maybe or something.

I'd be looking to short @1.3800 then again 1.3807 SL 1.3815 ( allowing for Ask )

Look at my chart, you can see the move up quite clearly, enter on a pull back, you can even see the 120 change direction.

it will always hit the 200 ema but when? I am not prepared to tell how I traded but I am giving guide lines.. In this moment of time I would not of traded this but looking at the chart I can make assumptions. when I traded I never ever said (place a trade and see what happens) my entries would be verified with stats, maybe inside bars, levels , time

what do you mean messy chart?? I just pulled that chart off internet and added a 200 ema , not sure what the other is, wasn't even looking. nobody should be trading over a holiday period anyway and thing is . It doesn't matter who or who ever is going to buy or sel,l if you have stats and history you trade. I know. be good

Sorry if this may sound offtopic, but did anyone noticed that the spread fluctuation was really low in the past 1 or 1.5 weeks? What can cause this?


I`m sorry i must ask this, since this adds even to my predicting abilities, low spread = high success, doesnt matter how well you predict the market, you have to predict the spread associated with it too, unless you cant really trade that well.

My point is that i measured for 3 days the average daily spread and it was unusually low, compared to the past months daily averages.If so then this is the best period to trade, not the worst

Because even tho the spread is very low, the market still moves, for example today the E/U was in full uptrend until the NY stock e. closed what do you think?

Sorry not everybody is watching all replies you have. I share live trades frequently, just look through my history. Admittedly the last month has been pretty disappointing though. Some good calls, just no sustained moves. What else to expect for December?
