Eight days of Christmas is great.............Love this time of year, only thing I miss is a little snow, we don't get much until later on and then just a couple of inches

If the NW part of NJ wasn't highly infested with Black Bears( I know this sounds nuts), I would have a winter place in the mountains there... much snow...

You may check YouTube for BBs in NJ... Beautiful residences being sold at 60%-70% of value... Can't get home owner's insurance... Bears enter houses(without knocking!!) and trash the place in 30 min or less... Many have lost their fear of humans due to hand feeding and associate people/houses with food...

That's a shame.........Only way out of that situation is to remove the bears, and really its not their fault..........Bears just taking the easiest route to food........People do the same thing in a lot of ways........

There have been hunts to reduce population... Not many bears are permitted to be taken... Half-dozen sightings from truck while hauling out of a quarry in the area... Time span... 2 yrs...

I might not take the bear threat seriously... If people were not just dumping their homes to get out of there... That speaks volumes...

Where I was raised, in upstate NY, very dense forest, mountains and lots of black bears..........Very few encounters, mainly hunters who fire guns to run them off or shoot them if they have to..........Mother Nature has a great set of checks and balances, bears will regulate their own population geared to the amount of bear food they can find if humans stay out of it..........Of course I haven't been back to that area since the 60's and don't know what is going on there now......

This PA, I suspect is the effect of the institutional traders adjusting their portfolios... They wait for a time to act when they expect to catch the retail traders on break... Typical manipulation... Friday, as usual...
