haha, thank suggestion, I will tell you some of the letter. I and everyone in the start of this topic, it's quite easy and successful. Until the 2nd week, everything changed, losses are almost all.

After looking through this thread I can say I've become very interested in learning more about what the world of trading with Harmonics has to offer..
I'm wondering though as I use MT4, where can I get all the necessary Fibbonacci tools needed to draw on my charts?
I was hoping maybe somebody else here who trades like this and uses MT4 could point me the right direction? Much thanks.

Exhaustion, oh boy, how I love this term. It means price will reverse! Everything that goes up has to come down.

Mr. Pip, I'd appreciate when you see this post that you please explain how and why you draw those fibo extensions.

I understand this is an advanced harmonic trade. To the naked eye it looks like if you are capturing a falling knife, well in this case a bullet in the air. No AB=CD's present in the chart only fibonacci exhaustion + weakening orderflow projection.

At the end the EURGBP continued to trend crazily strong to the upside, but anyway that entry provided like 60 pips. Very nice trade!

Welcome to the thread SaiLyfee,

You basically need to draw 3 objects, no indicators at all: Trendlines, Rectangles and Fibonacci.

You will want to modify the default values of Fibonacci to get these levels only (add/remove with the corresponding levels and descriptions):

Level / Description
0 / 0.0 - %$
0.382 / 38.2 - %$
0.5 / 50.0 - %$
0.618 / 61.8 - %$
0.786 / 78.6 - %$
1 / 100.0 - %$
-0.272 / 127.2 - %$
-0.382 / 138.2 - %$
-0.618 / 161.8 - %$

%$ will add prices next to the level which is cool. The negative levels are the Fibonacci Extensions. So when you draw a Fib you will get both the retracements and extensions.

Find fib tool option at point of arrow given in image.
Draw fib on chart.
Double click on fib angle line.
Right click on fib angle line
A popup menu will open.
Go into fibo properties
Add missing fibo levels and description

The sequence of learning Harmonic is :

Watch videos by Mr. Pip
Watch same videos again each week. (you will find new things every week from the same video)
Read the attached free version of Harmonic book.

1] Before focusing and learning about pattern, Focus on Order flow. (watch the orderflow video again and again. (compared to projection, focus more on momentum and depth described in video)
2] Focus on Price action. Watch video of Price action by Mr. Pip again and again.
3] Read the pattern rules about fib level again and again.
4] Use 5M chart for daily observation because it is fast that you can see much more things in a single week.
5] See daily trade example posted in thread. And observe the reasons for trade. (how order flow is considered, how momentum is considered, etc)

This will take time. Don't do so hurry for learning because it makes confuse to our mind. First read and watch things given above. Give time to you mind understand these things.

Again wow thank you so much for pointing me the right direction, I'll definitely have a lot to keep me busy, its nice to have these points cleared up early on so the nuts and bolts can be learned much more quickly and effectively. In this picture, you can clearly see that the height of swing qr & sx are quite same or normal. But compared to previous one i.e. sx you can see the height of swing ab is greater. So, what we can say ? We can say that market is now tried to push price higher. Because height of swing ab is abnormally greater that previous qr and sx swings. So, here we say THE DEPTH TO THE UPSIDE is increased. You can study the projection but more than that I focus and observe momentum and depth.

kumaramy, I'll show you where wrong.
1 / trend line you draw wrong ( you need to set out rules for Trend line + S / R, if you do not want to make mistakes. )
2 / you draw lacks S / R.
3 / confluence your , I see: 1618 + 78.6.

you pretty much wrong!
