Hey gaf,
Why did you get stopped out?
If you moved to BE at the 38% fib you didn't give it enough room. Mr Pip had an example of that in one of his live trades last week. If Be is to close to price keep SL far eniugh away till pa moves more in your favor.

what I mean is its good for you to improve your understanding and make the knowledge your own, but you should make your own video for your thread or ask Mr. Pip personally for his videos

Hey Barry, Yes I know the management sucked but I was not sure if orderflow had changed here. I was expecting a shallow retrace and the bulls showed interest with the PA off the 38 so maybe I should have risked a close above my entry. We had increasing bull momentum into the agro C zone and no abcd finish like I like to see here. I had some structure and a ratio so I was a bit skittish. How would you have handled that? We did have an increase in bear momentum down so thats what attracted me to the trade in the first place. I missed out on 30 pips there so I'm eager to learn. Thanks Barry! Cheers.

this is what Mr pip gets on your case about, having strict management rules. if you got taken out BE following your rules that's a WIN.

Expectations and possibly poor trade management. Check out the post to Barry. How did you read the short term orderflow on this one? The increasing bull momentum, expected shallow pullback gave me pause on this and I guess I managed the stop too tightly. Thanks in advance. Cheers.

I took the G/U short because the structure in the sell zone was stronger the the structure in the E/U sell zone.
You're right and the E/U had alot of momentum going into zone, so you're thinking is good. But for me once in the trade I wouldn't have moved the SL so close to price. Good trade anyway!

Then I won Thanks Fine! But if my management rules need to be massaged I'm open to being a bit more plastic in their application. Last week I would not have taken the trade due to the short term orderflow and momentum so I see improvement even if I'm not hitting homeruns yet. Soon enough.

right after got out hit my target of .50 RN
5 traders viewing now
