It really doesn't have to be debatable. Anyone reading about someones story can just take it with a grain of salt. Nothing wrong with the story - but that mostly wasn't a story . It was a bunch of assumptions that were proposing something which I proved to be wrong. I said nothing criticizing about his method, otherwise, I was talking exclusively about what he was assuming is right for others.

That's you, your happy with 2 trades per month and not watching, I'm happy with 9-5 ish kinda times ie like a normal job and get in and out 5 - 10 times per day, risking 3-5% per trade and chasing the dream.

No ofcourse $100 you can't, even my $500 you can't, but you can grow the $500 very quickly into say $10,000 then you'd have enough, if your capable of trading at that level.

And NO you CLAIM you trade your own account for a living, have you proven this ?? account balances and trade history please!!

And just because your way works for you, doesn't mean that everyone should do that.

You're replying to the wrong guy. That's not my philosophy. I agree that you can be profitable with 2 trades a month. I trade daily so you are replying to the wrong person.

Ofcourse you can be profitable with 1 or 2 trades per month, if you have enough invested you might even be able to make a living from it, ofcourse with betting your wage on 2 trades you likely need both of them to profit nicely or you go hungry

But for people that haven't got 100K, we need to trade harder, more time and more aggressively, you don't want to fine, but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't do that.

The beauty of a small account is, if I blow my $500 I'll be upset for like 10mins before I log on and transfer over another $500 and start again, do that with 100K and different story unless your a millionaire++.

Also because you don't care that much if you lose it, you can risk more and go for broke, and if you crack it you can turn $500 in 20K within 6months, reducing the risk as it becomes enough to care about, or taking the $500 out and just going for it, your call!!

Cool but I never said anything about how much a person needs to start trading with. I started with 500 bucks so I'm on your side. ...
oh.......and another 500 bucks........... and another 500 bucks..... and ... you get the point. I had a few tuition installments before I didn't have to add anymore..

Okay you started with 500 ish, how long did it take you to reach a good fast account high ? what ever that might be!!

I think I'm approx -$100 over the last 2 years and added approx $300 over the same time, but I get months of too busy to even look at trading.

Damn cheap hobby, you don't want to know what I've spend on Mountain Bikes or Woman over the same period!!

Mikk01..it is clear that you didnt get the point of this thread.
More, you have nothing to contribue to it, simply because you are not in this category. So instead of atacking people that shared their experiences, please read what they say and try to understand.
I didnt atack any of thw guys who posted their stories here, true or not, i will never know, i just responded to your remarks to them - "you talk bullshit" , " you dont know what you are talking" ...all this comments coming from a guy who admits he is a noob with big $$ dreams.
On the other hand, if you would have read what i wrote instead of jumping the gun, you would have noticed that i said that i read ff.com mostlly for fun, not that i trade for fun....but i quess it is too much to ask
