One thing which can bring a bit of fear in bulls is the fact that Nikkie 225 is trading at the monthly resistance extending from the great fall. It has created several lower highs and lower lows and it has almost completed it's lower high now.. I think 16,300 figure would be just nice. After which it might be back to create one more lower low... just check the monthly nikkie 225 chart..

Looking at monthly I would say we reached the top, if this goes further up, then it has a lot of potential...

It's definitely moving up this resistance line that I mentioned and it appears as a wedge but it yet get up further. It may then fall, or it may still spike up and break the resistance. Sometimes what appears as a wedge is just a means of very slowly breaking through resistance. If that happens, 168 will not hold and it will travel to its destination, which I suspect is in the high 170s

It might not stop there, monthly trendline would suggest 175-181 area by the end of December...

Do you think market moves vertical? no way it can reach 181 or even 175 by end of december. I can agree if you say it will reach 172 by end of december..

It moved vertically down several times in the past, monthly bars between 1000-1500 pips, why wouldn't it move vertically up? Gravity? It is true that some Japanese officials stated that they don't want yen to weak and are afraid of momentum, but once you get such momentum...
Since price started climbing up I just can't see such persistent momentum as it was in the last 4 weeks...

If it does stop here and falls back a little, the resistance could have held. I will post a chart in the next day or so that it somewhat creative, but after three f-ing years with this thing may actually tell the truth for once. And its one that I don't think many so called analysts have considered.

Essentially, it may achieve its initial target in five moves. Most people have considered this to be the final or fifth up-move - one that will extend a long way. But this move up from 147 may only be the third wave - with the very first beginning at 138. When this thing got over 166, it became the longest wave - and the most impulsive. Wave three will complete when its finished, and at 167 or 167.2 ish it MAY be completing the second to last move in this trend, with completion at around 168.

Folks may still get their high 170s, 180s or 190s, but not in a straight line.

So from 168, maybe an ABC correction followed by the next 1000 pip move up? What's your target mpt, short term u say 168, what's ur midterm n long term target, and over what period of time? If u don't mind answering

precisely.. the bull steam need to take a break and thats why I said 181 is impossible.. 172 is still a possibility. if you see 225 or so was the price when the great fall took place.. And not to forget that around that time was the economy was in boom (forget about housing market here).. so, if bulls want to take the price back to that area, the economy should support that view.. which is not true in this case.. the central govt rate at that time was way too high too.. so without raising rates, I do not see that it will go pass 180.
