Greed and lack of experiences. I remembered I opened 2 positions at a same time and one win, one lose (lose more)... from that time, I dont want to open more than one trades at a time.

I lost quite a lot, my weakness is Risk Management. I never use stop loss before. Reason number two, I don't have any tools back then.

who is not using exit strategy is the only one reason to loss 5% traders know that based on their experience, so the reason is loss those who dont have experience in trading .....

How's this:

1) They use stop-losses and place them indiscreetly and suffer a slow and painful account and psychological death.

2) They don't use stop-losses and equates that with no exit. When price moves against them, they hope that it'll come back; when price moves back, they hope it'll go even further in their favour!

Instead of wating for the right setup according to their rules, they become impatient and eager to put a trade on as soon as they sit in front of the computer. And lose! If only they had waited for that nice setup which was written down on their piece of paper in front of them. Meanwhile they watch the perfect trade they should have taken occur on their chart but don't trade it because they are waiting for the market to come back to break even on their trade.

Very very true. Imagine a professional basketball player entering a game without warming up - it's never gonna happen; traders on the other hand do that all the time. Trade the first thing they wake up or sit down in front of their desk. That's not trading, that's philanthropy.

Personally I believe one of the leading factors of failure is not fully understanding oneself...No one can truly understand the market, no matter what indicator you use and no matter the info you get, moreover most of us are retail traders so our rationale of how the market ought to move is insignificant when putting it on a broader scale.

That is why a guy whose market analysis and technical prowess on his charts is of the hook may still find it difficult to be consistently profitable, whereas another guy could be consistent even when his chart indicators and his knowledge of the market movement may not be be termed pro.

5 reason i lose?

1. because i lost
2. think too many reason
3. fixing 1 reasoned thing at a time
4. while it actually never needed to be fixed in the first place
5. forcing my self

we are rebellious soul, whatever rule we set for ourself to contain the beast within , we'll try to pick a moment to cancel it, destroy, ignore, or counter it.
now i try to concentrate to what i like about forex. it reduce the "don't do xxx" thingie significantly

Perhaps if we dont want to lose money then we shouldnt trade forex... its not possible to learn how to win without learning how to lose. A bit philosophical I know but the bottom line is we need to learn and losing on the way is inevitable.

Not true.
Most would be forex millionaires learn how to win by learning how to lose all the way to financial ruin ...
