I am not sure. We could bounce before the line. Look left on your daily chart there is a shelf of support and price put in a hammer right off the area. When we do bounce I feel it will be a v good setup for a short. Thanks great chart

Cocoa is an interesting one for me. I nailed the breakdown (3rd attempt!!) and the closed the next day when the initial follow through selling evaporated. Right now I am back to wait and see mode. Sell order is back around 2640 area.

I nicked your chart.

In EW speak (be warned I am not a guru) I was looking for a 5 wave down move to start the move down towards 2000. Then we got the retracement treathening the 2 area. So I thought maybe it is a serious 12-12345 move. If price takes out the horizontal balck line then it was just a simple zigzag and off we go. So monday will tell...

My stop loss is 1.6345 as that is the point where the analysis and the whole idea is totally wrong. I must add though that I am not yet short. I am looking for a bit more upside so that the risk will be lower. But when I get in and the stop is not taken out I will trade it aggressively as this trade might run for long.
