Unfortunately, without the details of which currency pair you were trading it will be hard to get the necessary images and data to help. Do you know which FXDD representatives were assisting you when you sent the problem in via email?

According to the 1M chart of EUR/USD with the time you specified, it would appear the high at that time was 1.3739. Again, in order to come to some type of resolution regarding your specific problem, you'll need to contact us via email (try [email protected]) and we can investigate to see exactly what went wrong and why your take profit was not triggered.

I dont know the name of the person who relyed to my emails
but they send me the price data as I posted above showing the price tuching 1.3735 and writing to me that the price (1.3735) was not reached
I got email from the company saying the prices in my platform (4 digits MT4) are not acurate
and the price in the 5 digist platform reached only 1.37355 which more acurate

in other words the 4digits account had fake prices (market maker)
I want the orders to be executed as in my platform
is what am asking wrong?
otherwise you are just market maker trying to profit from your clients money
Is FXDD "malta" a Market Maker?

cause i speaks to "live chat" and they said my "metatrader4" account is STP

but i see on other web sites said FXDD marked as "Market maker"

FXDD few years ago was pretty good broker. FXDD now have financial problems. particularly when they are moving slow paying customers
