Hello,
I have been trading with FXDD for almost one year and just had a problem once. High volatility and couldn't get out of the trade. I called them and the problem was due to their servers. They corrected my trade manually and I never had any problems.
Their propriatary platform is similar to tradestaion of FXCM and easy to trade. If you want to use a mobile device for trading you could also use MT what works fine. they don't offer it but you can buy a licens on your own and connect.

If your in the USA, you may want to know FXDD is not a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) nor a member of the NFA. I dont know if this makes them any less of a reputable broker as interbankFX (who is FCM and NFA) has been getting a pretty bad press lately.

Just passing along info.

Best of luck
Ah

The only thing I know about FXDD is that their metatrader chart feed has AUD/NZD for which I am very glad.

Besides that I have always traded with Oanda and am very happy ... except with their charts

Hey there,

Before going with any brokers it's a must to do your research.

I see that you are thinking of going with an MT broker.

I will not tell you what broker is for you, however I will leave it up to you to research and see what broker will best meet your needs.

I have been a long time user of MT3 FXDD account and I am satisfied with them except occasional requotes..But IBFX has good execution ratio at the cost of increasing spread..I am closely working with My IB and he recently transferred me to MT4 FXDD account (Live) and execution ratio of MT4 FXDD is at par with IBFX..But is too early to conclude as they are in Beta phase and not opened to public...If u are interesed in MT4 account of FXDD then I can direct you through proper channel..

Yes, I have a demo MT4 account with FXDD and like them very much. They have said if I start my paperwork now, that they'll put me in a MT4 account but I would appreciate knowing your contact.

How has MT4 been executing in your live account? Do you trade the news? Please advise and thanks so much.
All the best,

Frank

i found same strange differences last night between the 2 feeds. for one the ib charts are a minute fast. that can really screw you up when you depend on ma breaks. also for some reason when the usdjpy took off last night the buy point was the same but the bid on fxdd was greater than the ib ask. thats weird to me does anyone else have both for demo purposes or one real one demo and confirm this?
