Another way to look at this is that if we close below the 100sma then some more serious downside might be in store

EurUsd today

I have a small long and because of my expectations I will start decreasing my exposure to this position as soon as we get to 3440 area. From then on anything can happen. After this retracement I am looking for a bigger and stronger move down.
