The way I do it: I find zones on a 1h TF, and sometimes zoom to smaller TF to better draw the zone. But I know a lot of people who use bigger TF to trade S&D levels, so it's up to you.
About the levels in the image you don't understand:
- The top and bottom levels are straightforward. They are drawn just before a strong price movement.
- The middle one: I don't like it, because there's no strong price movement.

and which level is good height or small
thats also new home work
but i don't know what level i must choose so i think if price down and my fibo not break i will take this level on 50 fibo

RBR or DBD are the best zones for my trading plan.

One thing I know about brokers dealing rates is that some will give you either a bid or ask price for your main price.

That is one of the agvantages that a broker has in FOREX.

Remember Forex is not highly regulated and it is highly leveraged.

I use FXCM for my FOREX and Trade Station for my ETF's or Futures.

I have even found flaws with FXCM but it is better than others that I have tried.

It's normal for H4 charts to look different if broker time zone is different.

Don't forget larger picture. If you must go short pick levels where you have some profit margin. Just my opinion.

Get back to GBPUSD H4, ,,, we have two zones here ... I think upper zone is fresh,,, second zone is not fresh but price may hold there ... Do u guys have ideas about this ?

Thanks Iron Pawn ... I think I understand what you mean " some profit margin " , may be I should find upper supply levelsso I have better chance for selling . But if u dont mind ,could you explain further in simple terms .... Sorry my thick skull sometimes need better understanding .

You are welcome... Maybe to better understand: would you risk $100 to make $100 or would you risk $100 (or less!) to make $500 or more? Imagine if you have this type of trade(s) once or twice a week. Next, do you have better chances selling where price historicaly drops or where price goes up (although this is for debate because swing highs and lows are sometimes dangerous, not all of the time)? There are several other issues to look for. Hope this helps.
