I suspect that A/U will retrace as long as last friday Low is not breach. It will continue to move upwards.

The way things are looking, the RBA will stay at current rate. What the market will be looking for in the statement is how the RBA feels the economy is performing. If they are hawkish or neutral on the economy, then it makes a rate cut less probable in the near term and Aussie will rally. The opposite holds true for a dovish statement on the economy. If a rate cut is mentioned, then how the market reacts will be based on the guidance of when such rate cut may come. Until we read that statement, from a technical perspective there is scope for movement in either direction.
