I don't think so Tony. Just open an H4 chart with period separators dividing each week and you'll see that it is simply only a perception and not reality. The only reason it seems that way is that major market events usually take place at the end of the week.

Wednesday is also know as hump day and may currency pairs tend to make reversals then also, but it's not a rule. Reversals take place on every day of the week.
