ya... this move is developing to be a huge one, so far all i see are wave 1s and 2s, this is the start of the first embedded wave 3 down. gonna be a LONG LONG day I presume.

p.s. going long a wave 3 down is suicidal... just my 2 cents.

So far most of the sell-off was due to EURO weakness. YEN Strength sell off coming soon!

Short 133.85. Target below 131.00. Fasten your seat belts. This one will be brutal!

Agree with your call though, bearish divergence on 4Hr TF.

I don't see the divergence on the 4H but I do see it on the 1H and the weekly. The daily showed BD two weeks ago and plunged 300 pips but has since corrected upwards substantially.

I have a short term bearish position at 133.85 as well based on overbought conditions on the 1H and 4H as well as the BD on 1H.

Disappointing Eurozone industrial production numbers hopefully will add some more fuel to this fire.

Nonetheless, I locked in 40 pips and took 60% of my position off the table leaving the rest with a TS +20 from BE, a dream scenario in this business. Hoping US equities open flat or down to keep any 'risk on' sentiment at bay.

That count demand 1000 pips fall. So if that count proved valid EJ going to fall towars 121.xx-122.xx area.
