The trend line from the end of August is holding pretty well. If it gives, I'm looking at .9484 as the next level of support after .9525

i think it will reach 0.9520 first,
bounce for 0.9600 - 0.9650
and then fall to 0.9350 by a week

It's hugging the speed line so it looks like indecision to me.

IF it hit 0.9550-60 I'm out of my short and will take a long trip towards 0.9620.If NY hopefully take it down, friday night or sunday night will take it up and probably we see a real short there.See euraud 04-07.10.2013

I think the Euro is heading for 1.40/1.41, but we should see some corrective action first. Could be wrong about the correction, but the charts are screaming for it... at least to 1.3680 at a minimum. If we don't get a correction from here, then the top is 1.3890, and followed by a much deeper correction.

Yes, strange because euro news release are not great, but charts are screaming bulls. In this case, fundamentals and technicals do not gel.

Actually you have to look at fundamentals in a slightly unconventional way. The capital flows into risk have less to do with economic data and more to do with the market in search of yield, because US treasuries currently offer absolutely none.
So, as long as the market feels that the Fed will keep printing, they will sell USDs for anything that can give them better yield (more likely Emerging markets).
However, since the USD is now grossly oversold, we should get a decent correction. Mind you, the Aussie was grossly oversold at 0.9200 and still managed to keep going down to 0.8850
