I think we're in the downtrend now,when seeing sell at the rally happening!So I will wait for a higher price to add more short!But anything can happen in the market!

One thing I've noticed over the years is that aus/usd likes to move in straight lines when in a trend, I can see this hitting parity... Audnzd fundamentally should be trading around 1.20ish area. The RBA has also eased its dovish bias. Fundamentals drive price and technicals are a by product of price.

The monthly has everything in place to test upper cloud resistance at the .99 level. If we get a few more good data reports I can see it there by early/mid November..

The first sign was Positive data for A/U but E/A bounced from support (circle in RED) - something was wrong there. Money going back to EUR.

I don't disagree with that sentiment. However knowing that a currency doesn't ever go straight up and down. I am playing that i can sell this level here down to 9530. That is where i think what you are suggesting may happen from. If you look at daily and four hour it has a fairly good chance of testing support before another move up.

I wish i knew how to post charts.

what you do you think about a short from this level?

-We have an engulfing daily on an important resistence
-we are under a daily resistence (the blue line on 4h)
-we are counter trend

lets see if we can close back below 6072 if so that would be a more positive sign for bears if not bulls still in control

My strategy from 89/90 area has been buy the dip and it still is. Maybe even more aggressive as my projection is for more upside with a sustained move well above parity. Raging Bull here

I am happy I did right action to sell AUD. I closed my short yesterday and tried do some long, it stopped me out. Then I confirmed it would fall, shot again.

aussie will reach at least 98 to 99 before hitting down. now is just the WR of the retracement.
