Mine from today.Exit to early but working on improving that.

Should have kept it.At least Im keeping them longer now.

Great trading C-12 as always. Not that Im the best person to give advice about trading but I would like to add the following:

You are really up there with some of the best traders that I have seen and you must remember that it takes time to achieve your goals.
You have mastered the art of S/D trading and understanding price. You have gone at it full force and have made this you only source of income and it changes your mind set a lot.All you have left to accomplish in my opinion is making your millions. You know the market. You know you can do it.All that is left is to do it.
5 Years from now you will be unstoppable and rich

I will almost put my money on you for making a million first.

Cheers guys.

I guess I've been really struggling to figure out why my performance was so erratic. Touch trading lower time frames S&D zones are a sure fire way to grind down your account. Also trading during periods of very low liquidity can be a pain in the arse.

The main thing here is to only use M15/M5 or M1 to give you an entry in the direction of H1/M30 zones and PA. If you're unsure of the higher TF direction then don't trade. I would do very well to follow this advice.

But hey just realised this thread is now exactly 1 year old.

What a difference a year makes eh? I was usually happy to get 6 pips and a BE stop out back then.

Oh yeah, crazy this has been one year now... I've been part of it here since day 1 and so many things have changed.

I went away from heavy scalping on M1/M5 (still do it but very rarely) and now more scalping on M30/h1 and H4 / daily for swing.

but mostly the way how trades are entered have changed big times... it was a great year of learning and things are now starting to be more clearer with PA trading in the back ...

i remember good ol' m1 days sitting in front of chart and celebrating when a zone-touch hit worked for 20 pips... it felt like being a hero... but then next time all was planned out, superb looking zone but touch trade went to burn, price just went through and i was like damn... felt like zero...

so it was emotional rollercoaster and not something sticky like know where it really becomes more something that can be repeated without that big emotional rollercoaster ride, more relaxed way of doing this and also more probability as we are not guessing anymore

Anyways, I'm very excited how the next 12 months will look like... it sounds like short to me now but when I think about how much trading changed for me in this last year I'm very excited to start chapter 2! :-)

Awesome infest. You were one of the original M1 crew yet now really killing it on the higher time frames.

Anyway, since it's the 12 month anniversary here's one more. Insane pip count on GU...

And now done on EU.

Took a couple of losers on lower sells anticipating another leg down. Didn't move stops to BE but recovered it... We can't always know where price is going so we can just play the PA and follow it.

Once price turns and starts moving in the other direction it's only going one place... To the next zone.

I have always used this approach on the higher time frames. But lately I begin looking for PA at the higher time frames and then execute touch trades on lower time frames.

So price hits Daily demand, H4 shows engulf off the daily, I look to enter off the H1-M15 demand levels for tight stops and maximum RR targeting Daily supply.

If I consider the level counter trend to the overall daily direction I will look for closer H4 targets, unless I am also within a weekly demand zone, then I will be looking for immediate daily supply levels to fail for trade continuation.

Sounds complicated compared to looking at one time frame for levels and then zooming into a smaller time frame for PA. But I find PA more predictable on higher time frames compared to low, so use this PA on the higher time frame (momentum) for higher probability touch trades on lower time frames.

I suck at scalping and I wouldn't use the above on the lower time frames as I think simple is better for scalps.

C-12,respect in your progression

Bit confused about the time is running out as a full time trader statement, maybe there are external factors beyond trading itself.

Intrigued about the mind set of a trader thread. It amazes me when I look back at my own journey trading. I never gave the psychology aspect any thought. I just assumed learn the charts and that's it. Well psychology is the most important and most difficult aspect to learn. And it's quiet strange that across forums it's the least discussed. I think maybe it's unique and such a personal thing to learn that it can't be taught it needs to be experienced.

How many pairs are you watching and trading now, is it only EU,GU and plus the DX Index for Dollar strength/weakness.

Hi All and especiallly to C-12

Liking this thread and trying to adapt the method to my own trading. I see that you guys are using some sort of EA to enter and exit trade. That's very neat. Could anyone care to tell me where to get it in this forum or post the EA here for download ?

Thanks.

only scalp today GBPCHF... made about 60 pips... only had couple hrs time to trade time, very often quality can be enough than quantity... often i make 10 scalps a day and do not achieve 60 pips...

Can you tell me please how draw properly and exactly these S&D zones? i don't understand when a new supply and demand zone is forming, but there is a gap, how draw supply and demand.

Hello! Gigi,
Welcome to the supply and Demand Trading world.
Very good question. But you forgot to tell about the chart, from which pair you have picked the chart. Then it would be more easy for anyone to tell you about the zones. I have used paint to draw the zone manually. See how the Market touched the zones and move forward. I hope you can understand well.
