What they advertise and what can be negotiated are two different things.

If you are doing volume, then not hard to get US$40/M RT.

There is interactive brokers with $20/M, lmax with an IB is also $20/m, Armada as well. I dont know any other broker that is lower than $20, except if you depost 20K+ and/or commit to a monthly trading minimum. Alpari po or LCG for example.
I think you should improve your trading ability than finding a cheapest broker (lowest comission), if you are not good in trading, lowest comission cannot do anything to help you gain profit
Maybe, but even better are some of the replys, like "I am trade with BongostanFX and i am very satisfy." and such.
Very interesting topic. Now I have to say that I searched around a lot to find a good ECN/STP Broker. So far FXOpen probably offers the lowest commission on their ECN accounts (FXOjafar did not lose one second to promote FXOpen on this thread). You can also try Axitrader and XGLOBAL MARKETS. The good thing of XGLOBAL is that there is no minimum deposit requirement

Exactly it doesn't matter about being with the lowest spread broker if you cant trade your $1000 mini account profitable.

I personally would much rather be with a well known broker with ok spreads, than some shit broker from some shit island that offers spreads starting at "0" and 100% bonus.
Can someone give me a forex listing site that has the commission comparison between brokers. I'm trading with HotForex on Premium account and it has no commission however i found out vip account offers $3/€2.5 per 100,000USD traded ($6/€5 round-turn) commission.

There are two places that I always search for Forex brokers. Those are
1)http://www.digitalcashpalace.com/ : You can search for ECN Brokers and DMA/STP Brokers. They also state commissions that each broker charges.
2)http://www.100forexbrokers.com/ : They probably have one of the largest list of Forex Brokers. However, they don't state the commissions that each Broker charges.

With respect I totally disagree with this. Put into another context this is like looking at the same two beers for different prices and saying "why bother buying cheap beer if you're going to have a hangover". We are talking about trading a standardised product - we should look to minimise our costs AND look to improve our profits, this is the only way forward.

I found a really great resource today - www.spreaddoctor.com. Take a look, its saved me a whole bunch of calculation by introducing me to the cheapest broker after uploading my statement.

Anyone been trading with ic markets ? i wonder about there experience! tryed to read reviews but its hopeless with so many
good and so many bad reviews.

About 90% lose in forex cause of there own fault and blame a broker so they review it as bad. So looking for user experience.

Using Octafx spread around 0.1 to 1 pip depending on pairs and situation. I usually find it for EU and EJ which i prefer using especially when i am scalping while for others it's higher, but can't say exact for other pairs since it's flexible and lastly they are ECN.

that bonus isNOT applicable to their ecn accounts.but you gotta love their spreads and while at it give us an alternative
