and now the euro is putting in the biggest 60m green candle against the aud and smacking right into the .786. if she breaks it we can figure those aussie lads didnt get the day off after all. ha! ha! Go aud!!!!! Down!!!!!!!

No. Aud/jpy. The edge we might and its might be able to pick up here is that the jpy and the usd are the 2 safe haven 'go to' currencies when there is uncertsainty in world economics, but this time with the US govt SHUTTING DOWN all it would take is a tiny bit of bad news for the usd to give all the banks to grab control of the usd and push the money out of usd pairs into jpy pairs. theres no argument here. and if both perform equally, I will take that too!!!!!!

strong argument. however, why bearish on AUD right now ?

From what I can see copper is in large triangle and will break out shortly. This will likely also determine AUD direction.

I couldn't agree more with you regarding the emotional suppression. But that is the point. If there will be nothing to suppress then you will not need to bother about it, will Do you also think that emotions help when making decisions? And that quick and cold nerved decision making is not helpful for trading?

you definitely correct. Bet must only be initiated with cold logic. But once you in and know what are you going to do in each scenario, then at least me, hope that best scenario for me will develop, so I get most pips. Really nothing to think but sit on hands, until something to do based on plan, so a bit of emotions cant harm until you do not mess with plan.

if you make trading decisions based on your love/hate for the market, well that's no good.

Nzd/Usd & Aud/Usd are performing minor retracements within major retracements. So this leaves Aud/Nzd in a dilemma. Dangerous to trade this pair until Aud/Usd finishes it's retracement & heads back up to complete the major retracement at around 0.96 to 0.97. Aud/Nzd should then go to around 1.1750.??
