I would be careful with the shorts on EU, yesterdays FOMC action looks a lot like absorption volume, pushed through two previous tops and closed on the highs of the bar, very bullish.

3600-3650 min upper target... good chance 3800-3850 is even in the cards.

I agree with you.
I Would not be surprised to see some more shorts liquidated tomorrow into the weekend.
No real reason to be long dollar right now from a tech and fundamental view. When these 2 align you have a great trade opp.

Yea I agree with the 3650, some confluence there with trend channels. The 3600-3650 did you get that off the fib zones from 2/1?

EU is basically the same story as EJ, but EJ's chart is a bit more clear.

134.2 is being defended as of right now, but the only this is the trend is flat right now, hopefully we can see an up trend develop soon for an entry in US session.

Yes the 1hr zone which was on Feb 1st is within a Daily supply price cap and that zone runs perfectlt from 3600 low to 3700 high. Price closed that day and opened the next right around that mid point putting some weight in that top zone half. Drawing the one hour zone on that Feb 1st bar and then flipping to Daily you can see how the reactions to the low happened at the low of the activity within the daily bar and not the low specifically.

I'm glad you didn't trust me... that's a great sign of being an independent thinking trader. That's what my signature is all about. Never take a trade you don't understand. There are far too many traders that come and go from these threads that are looking for trade calls and a handout.

So far I'm quite pleased with my shorts on GU. I'm feeling more comfortable being short rather than long atm. If that Ben's "no taper candle" will be swallowed on hourly, I would be even more comfortable with shorts.

Hey SimpleDev, many thanks for checking the ND's for me and I appreciate your comments! I've read a lot more since I posted and seem to be catching up with these ND NS bars. I've started out by looking for ND at supply zones/resistance and NS at demand zones/support, also in a downtrend I would be looking for a ND in a pullback, etc. I think I am on the right track, now another thing I have noticed is that I must wait for confirmation or I enter too soon and the trade doesnt work out. Thanks again for your helpful feedback.

What i have interpreted is it correct?

Looks good but not sure about your second ND bar, the volume should be lower than the previous two volume bars I think.

Wouldn't it be preferable to wait till it closes below the climax and then retests the low of that bar?? Plus, its in an uptrend anyhow. Would you really want to go against the trend?
