actually, pips are all that matter to relevant trade calls.
the amount of lots used doesn't make the call any better or any worse.

yes you are right about the dead cat bounce. however, we are nowhere near the 38.2% (9510) retracement.. which is very normal of even the most severe trends.... just because you are late to the short AUD party and got burned shorting the bottom... doesn't mean you gotta take it out on us.

for the scalpers... it COULD dip 9070/9050.. then blastoff to 9350.. if nice close above that level.. then 9425, then 9500
still... i prefer NOT to fight the monthly candle...i won't be shorting for a while.


if you read my post... you could see that i said its POSSIBLE we go to 8500.. or 8300.. or 8100.. but we are correcting first...

to answer your question, june to october 2008.you are acting as if 5 consecutive bearish months is such an extreme figure. if you want to throw that argument at me, why not take into consideration that this pair also had 9 consecutive bullish months from feb to oct 09. so what u are saying is its not a big deal for it to go in 1 direction for 9 months, but if it goes the opposite direction for 4 months the 5th one HAS to be different? LOL. nice logic.

where do you think the money is FX comes from? for there to be a winner there has to be a loser. this pair is still majority long by retailers. u really think the masses of sheep can continue to profit? this money doesnt come out of thin air.

u honestly expect me to believe that the RBA will let the AUD get that strong and not do anything about it? did the BOJ just sit back and let yen regain strength? u are delusional.

look at the history of this thread and u will see how many ppl got fukd trying to pick a bottom on this pair. you are knife catching. look at the USD/JPY monthly chart in which it rose for 9 months straight. despite rising at an extreme rate in a short amount of time it defied all technicals and did not correct to "WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO" according to the tech nerds.

FUNDAMENTALS>TECHNICALS

i called for this pair to reach 0.92 last week and i urged everyone to long aud and eur against the dollar but got mocked despite being correct. doubt me and ur in for a world of hurt.

do u see george soros taking advice from an indian penny trader? do u see jeff gordon taking driving advice from an old asian woman? same concept. why would someone who trades big lots take advice from someone who trades fractions of a minilot?

A trade is a trade, mini lots or million lots, you have to be able to do it first at any level...........IMO

My charts are telling me the big short isn't until November
It will probably be a choppy mess with slight bullish tone, until then.

I believe AJhustler88 is an arse, because he has to be aggressive to make a point, instead of smart....but he does have a point. i don't believe AUS will be stronger with a stronger AUD...I live here and to me that's just common sense guys. If AUD goes up, then we are back to where we were the last 2 years....

Besides the insults i do find your discussion interesting. Who am I, the forest gump of trading if you must (lost lots of hard earned $$) , but still been here for 7 yrs and learnt anything is possible, and nobody, no-freacking-body owns the truth.

I do believe also that AUD will go up, because Banks will be there like a hunting tiger at night, waiting...and when they are all in SELL SELL SELL...but just an idiots opinion....
