Glad to see you back from "holiday" and hope you had a great time with your family.

Back to the charts.

The recovery in the real estate business that I hear every single day made me double up on the shorts that I already own.

There are many idea's that one can play.

One is short the Itb or long the srs or hand pick the stocks themselves.

The point is to take some kind of action to protect yourself "from" real estate.

Glad yor back Olu and great charts my friend.

Welcome back too. We have had the low volume trades now the real thing starts again. About real estate I was expecting lumber to be at 240 area or so not not it remains at 315 area. Not to worry as it will soner or later.

Dollar is taking a kicking as the imminence of attacking Syria receeds. Sept 9 is congress decision day about Syria in the US. Same reason why crude oil is down

I wrote at the weekend about the jpy futures. Its movement is the inverse of this forex pair.

Another possibility (not shown on the chart) is that price is forming a triangle as the means of conslidation. If this is the case it is most likely that the breakout of such structure will be to the upside

I will be buying a pullback. As you said this trade has a massive potential. I just hope we get that pullback

Cocoa
I am already short this one from a break of the congestion area and it is already in profit now. Seasonally if I am right we tend to go down in the last quarter of the year (not guaranteed though)

On Soybeans I shorted it this morning. I really like it to the downside. Seasonals + Weekly resistance + Weekly Price action.....looks too good to be true....

I bailed out of cocoa this morning as I observed the inability to fall below 2400. The best decision ever! I am still bearish though until we take out the 2550 high

Cocoa Chart

what a move up in cocoa today. There I was looking for a breakdown below 2400 and bham price raced up to 2500. I manages to exit with a profit but I really didnt see that coming or possible. I am still (cautiously!!!) bearish till 2550 is taken out though but dont fancy standing in front of a runaway train.
