AUDUSD is expected to test 0.8800 support breaking which 0.8650 can become next support level, one should hold short positions. Bulls beware.

I think it is still a sell. We seem to hit minor support (dotted line), but I started working with these volatility bands (thick yellow). When PA breaks the lower, sell and vice versa. Close when PA crosses opposing band. Suppose to be a solid swing trade guide.

Trying to apply it to FX. We'll see

I have to say while the AUD looks bearish keep in mind we did have a four hour close above .906 if these lows continue to hold this could potentially be a bottom forming also AUD/NZD is holding for now the 1.145/65 support area and GBP/AUD has bearish divergences in the daily so this may be a fakeout just keep ur eyes pilled

I get ya. BTW I am not saying your wrong or right, but thinking just because RSI is 30 that it is due north is a dangerous game. Since April, nearly 1,800 pips to the downside.

Then again, time horizon is all relative to the trader

Yeah you are better off learning how to read sentiment and macro themes for better luck on picking a top or a bottom than relying on one indicator.

All are quite relative... depends on your time horizon, your attitude to risk etc etc...

hey ,
I think that aud/usd have a resistance 89,68 and if the hourly candle close behind the short will be continued to 89,30.
if break 89,30 next hour the aussie go to 88,50.
short is very strong .
i have now opened a short 89,64 with a stop on hourly close up 89,70.
my target is for the first lot 89,31 and the second 88,55
