attached trade explorer based on my demo account guys. Demo and Live are the same trades. Demo just allows to me to experiment with new things so you can keep updated with those new ideas as well.

You have a point "anyone can see the trend with naked eyes" yes that is for sure especially after you are in the market for years.....and yes indicators are lagging.....but it depends how you use them.....
Do you wait for the stoch to turn or do you take the trade once it is in the O/S or O/B territory?
Do you trade on indicator divergence?

For newbies it is easier said then done.....(I remember)......any witch way you make money is good....even with lagging indis......cause the trend does not change in one day.......what he has is really simple that a newbie can work with...start somewhere.....

i acknowledge your vouches and post#, denoting your seniority Davit, but your post seems needlessly combative.

he has stated that he has made a living off this for the past two years and it does not even require you to be glued to your charts. his trade explorer is also off to a flying start.nothing about it which isnt zen so far.

Yes I agree again......But I will say it once again....
I traded for a bank for years.....we had 500-1000 traders.....everyone traded differently.....there where 2 traders the same.....
The idea is one .......make money......it does not matter if you base it in the full moon.....there is no right from wrong in trading.....(for this statement I am 100% as long as you are making $$$) make money any way you feel comfortable....indicators......divergence.....market cycles.....fibs......ma's.......there is no wrong way as long as $$$ is coming in....
Do not get stuck at the lagging thing....just make money witch ever way your brain reads it best.....some people get to involved in the lagging part of the indis....there are a lot of ways to read them.....
ZEN looks like he is making $$$...that is perfect...even with lagging indis.....why complicate things.....

Sorry one more thing I would like to add.....
Have you ever seen a "Bloomberg Terminal" ......do you know how much it cost a month to have one of these.....I do not know know but if you Google it you will be shocked.....we all had it at the bank.....
This terminal is not for "NEWBIES" that is for sure....this is for professionals.....check how many indicators and how many special indis it has.....I guarantee you 100% indis are not for the garbage......
If someone has learned to trade without them ...perfect.....good for him..... but there are another million ways to trade.....
This post is not against anyone or you Davit......I just do not want 'newbies to get discouraged on indis.....cause some of them will never be able to learn any other way....
You are definitely right about your statements you are making....but you are also definitly wrong on this one...."Using lagging indicators for entries by you after 6yrs of trading is baffling to me."..... cause indis are used by PROS non stop every second........maybe for different reasons but they are used.....the way they are usually presented in forums is like grade 1....but that everyone has to learn .......how that indi is valuable to him....and how he can use it to his advantage......and make the $$$......

i cant seem to see Davit's original posts but based on what people are replying to I will give my personal answer. If I truly thought I was not making enough pips trading the way I did and that I was missing the majority of the move, I would definitely try to find a way to fix this. The truth is Davit, 100 pips a week has proved completely perfect for me and I need not earn more. The hunger for more and more pips can prove satisfying yes, but it can also prove disastrous if your greed overpowers your judgement. I could jump into these setups early and risk losing more trades in an attempt to earn more pips, or I could safely wait out the trade until my rules are met and then take the trade, when I know I have higher chances of being profitable. Sure I may miss a good amount of movement, but the amount I do not miss and capitalize on is more than worth it for me.

I'm predicting more downward movement on some of the JPY pairs. USDJPY specifically. Before some of you say I've missed majority of the move, USDJPY was one of the pairs I traded last week for money. I got out a bit early but I did make enough. I'm predicting atleast another 50-60 pips. I can't take the trade since I am in Sweden at the moment. The weekly is opening up very strongly and the H4 Stoch has just got out of the overbought zone. Simply put, I would keep my eye on this pair to move further down.

USDJPY made a very quick down attack before retracing back up. Hope any of you that took it made some pips. I got out with 40 on my friends account here in Sweden. Never a bad time to make some pips. I'll stay updated with you guys.

btw... it was a DEMO account. Wouldn't trade somebody else's real money lol

yeah i will continue with new stuff coming soon. I am currently on vacation and will return in September. I will have some good stuff coming soon but you're gonna have to wait. As soon as I get back I'm gonna start flooding this thread with content. Especially more personal development for me as a trader as I try to advance my own so called, "strategy" and plus I'll start giving you guys what you want. Pics and stuff too. I'm a little tight on internet too so whenever I get the chance I try to come and tell you little things that are going on in my trading but as soon as I get back home, I'll get back at it.

I should change my name to TheJPYTrader haha. Took a quick demo trade on the AUDJPY for about 80 pips(Long). I've been trying new things on my strategy. Trying to get back into harmonics which were a big part of my trading early on as well as more basic price action. Still got a lot to learn though. Been doing a lot of backtesting here in Sweden since I barely have internet connection. I will keep you updated.

Zen is back. After an unreal vacation, I have returned to trading the markets and I am back in full effect. Through the trip, I did a lot of research in my free time. ForexFactory has such an abundance of knowledge that you could get lost in it! However, if you stay smart and dont get sucked into trying every system you see, you could pull out some really valuable pieces of information. I studied a lot of the popular threads, including the famous Sonic R. System, Trading made simple, as well as some newer threads like "The Navarra System" and others. And slowly, I started taking bits of knowledge from each of them and applying them to my own strategy.



I used to consider myself a pretty good trader but these guys have made me realize that I was missing out on a lot of good stuff.
What I learned and how I learned it, and I how I am going to use all these things to continue my growth as trader, I will tell you soon.
Get ready guys, Zen is back.

Glad I was able to add something. Everyone takes a little from here and there. After all we are all traders trying to help each other out. It doesnt matter who has a different system. We all should always work together and leave the egos out. I always like to see what other people are doing and what kind of system they have. The more traders who work together the better. Good luck sir
