thats why you trade the technicals first and think about fundammentals next....it was way over done in my humble opinion...this can go up along way...ie 0.9600 isnt out of the question..

it is crazy how people's opinion changes in few hrs. one day rally of 100 pips and what I hear is people saying 0.96 now. for that matter why not 1.000 and all the big institutional players will exit at break even price.

For me first 4 hr 200 ema and that is my target. We have 23 fib and 93 area as resistance. Cloud on 4 hr is very fat now so it takes so big news to go like a knife on other side. That 93 area was 4 times nice resistance and 200 ema 2 times. On 4 hr and daily 95,60 area and 96,75 i see that resistance area. Dont know that 96 ......i dont see it. And hard thing to do. 91,30-50 area on 4 hr also was support for 5 times in this TF so... many rivers to cross to that 96 and so fast.

When people talk abut big boys one big boy said at begining of MTHE MAN WHO KILLS GBPay that he is selling AUD. Few years ago he said that about GBP and it makes 6000pips down in 6 mounth i think. They call him THE Man Who Broke The Bank Of England. That doesnt mean it will happen again, even that big fall had some retrace but...

0.9140 in aud is line in the sand it brakes it will go up
if not it will sink to 0.80 in due course

Possible, still could come back up and even make new highs but it's looking weak to me now and EU stopped at 1.337 resistance which should help AU drift lower.

Agree and especially when your consider rate forecasts by Australian banks is for around 0.85 at end of year and into 2014

This is a bottom, no use to keep shorting AUD. The bottom was materialized right after the RBA spoke.

Now we have massive shorts pilled in so when they realize the first to get out is the winner, aud will be on this upside risk all the time.
