I stopped using HAS 2 9 2 12, which is lagging. As I said before the HAS 2 1 3 1 matches with XO. In fact HAS 2 1 3 1 is much better than XO as the zigzag signals of XO are eliminated by the HAS 2 1 3 1. I am using the TMS's "Synergy_APB"(which is similar to HAS 2 1 3 1) indicator along with "TDI green red". I find them very good in entry confirmation and removes the volatility candles. The candles you see in my chart is nothing but the average candles generated by Synergy_APB. I have been testing many alternate methods to trade the basket. I found this TMS is too good for entry confirmation with clean charts and tension free trading in H4. All my entries in individual pairs are also turned out to be successful. You can find these indies in TMS. If any one is interested I will attach them here.

My sell entry in H4 is floating +250 pips.

The best way to use CCI signal line cross is as a final confirmation indicator. The best way to use CCI as a whole is divergence analysis. When you took the reverse to HAS on 1H price was already 2 candles BELOW 145.00 resistance. Price did reverse for a bit but the resistance at 145.00 held. This was way to risky since the only thing you were going with was a CCI -200 signal line cross which isn't that strong of an indication anyway (divergence is better).

Basically it was this: 1h HAS, 4h IXO, VQ7, MTF stochs and resistance at 145.00 wanted the price to go down. VS CCI wanted price to go up. Down has more supporting factors than up.

Thanks kos. Good to hear my analysis matches yours, it means that I am learning the system quite well. I did a little add position on the 145.00 S/R break down, which is now at BE too. Floating some nice pips

One more post lol.

If we continue going down after the major S/R break of 145, the next potential trouble area seems to be 129. This areas has been S/R 3 times in the past, however these all happened in Dec 2012-Feb 2013. This is a long ways away, which means that we have much room to go down and the strength of this area is questionable.

Closed my add position and 15M scalp manually when price broke trendline. Such a shame. I thought this move would have been way bigger. Maybe it will on the 4H... At least my original position is at BE which is about to be hit There is still a chance that we bounce back down from 145 resistance.

GBP played the spoil sport. Single handedly GBP pulled up the basket to hit my BE after having touched +400 pips. Better luck next time. Let me keep moving and look for the next entry opportunity.

You are simply ripping the market with your Ichi and pipping all the way. I appreciate that. My template is very simple without clutter. I picked up these from TMS thread. I spent a month in search of an appropriate entry exit method for the basket in various forums in FF. Finally I find this one which is stress free with more accuracy. Earlier I was entering using HAS. Very often I suffered losses. In the process I was missing the winning entries when the market was trending. Now with this method I have no hesitation in entering and also I have the advantage of H4. Even I suffer few consecutive losses, I will cover it up in subsequent very long trend. Even my last trade was unfortunate to end with BE. However, I missed the weekly pivot where the market just touched and went up.

i was a bit surprised by the general jpy weakness, was not expecting anything till the BOJ Monetary policy statement. The UJ is definitely over-sold considering its economic relevance, a reversal should see us at 100 and possibly above, and with the BOJ stance still unchanged... this time tomorrow i suspect we should be seeing a long basket with heaps of pips...

thats just me speculating..:nerd:

Hi FX-optimus,

TMS is a great system for single pairs as that was the system I traded before coming over to this method. So, yes, the candles and the TDI is very stress free indeed. Just a question, do you guys baby sit your trades or leave them to play out!! I know it is not that easy to leave an open trade with this method as there is a lot of pips to make and also to loose. Just want to know what people really do when in live trades. I know Tnavi baby sits his trades remotely via team viewer but what do others do. This issue has made me not trade as strongly as I should as I work full time in the day and not as easy to trade in the office. Lest hear or read what you guy are doing with live trades in the markets.

Hi all,

I have been a lurker here on FF for a long time and thank goodness I've found this super thread!! To all the real contributers here, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and MT4 files and settings. I have really learned a lot from the post here. I am still in the demoing phase but hopefully I will move onto live trading the baskets. To the guys that post their charts and analysis thereof, keep doing so, please! The new guys, like me, learn a lot from them and the thinking behind it.

To all of you: A BIG thumbs up!!

May the pips keep marching into our accounts!

Not necessary if you are trading in H1 or H4. However, on important news releases you got to watching if trades are on. The EA provided by GVC takes care of entries and exit.

Despite BOJ press meet nothing seems to have moved the market. Where will it go from here after jpy got over sold? It is anybody's guess. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for my buy orders turn positive from -200 pips or reverse signal to trigger short.

USD is over sold in all USD pairs. Similarly JPY is over sold in all JPY pairs. Both USD and JPY are weak at present preventing the basket to move in a direction. Expected impact of Japan policy statement has not happened. How long this stalemate is going to continue? What is going to stimulate the basket?

Current buy is up about 70 pips and there is almost triple divergence on 15M. Not sure what to do in this type of a situation. On one hand I want to play the 1H on the 1H chart only. But on the other hand we have the 4H has above us and now with the triple divergence...

What would you do kos?
