100PipsADay why don't you show in the trade explorer the Balance etc.

You obviously want others to invest in it (reason you became a Commercial member) - so I guess it would be better if anyone can see that you: "put your money where your mouth is". .. you do so on myfxbook so why not here?

I am able to keep my lot sizes, trade history, and open trades private on MyFxBook but am not able to do so here. Once I show my balance then I expose my lot sizing which basically reveals my formula for this strategy. It isn't too hard to figure out but I am not trying to "give my shop away" so to speak and let people follow my trade explorer on their accounts!

I have two different 3rd party verification sites (FF & MyFxBook) for the same account, there shouldn't be any questions left for potential investors if they are able to view two different analysis of the same account right?

Like you said, people can already see from MyFxBook that I have "put my money where my mouth is" so to speak, it doesn't take a genius to follow the MyFxBook link...

That EA is written very poorly. When you initially turn the Expert Advisor on, it automatically opens positions on all pairs regardless of where PA is. When TP or SL is hit, it opens a new positions almost instantly. It seems to be a great scalping strategy but the EA is not written well, IMO.

I'll clear this up once and for all. This is very much a work in progress and posted for pippys benefit and maybe should have been taken down. I intend talking with Khaled next week and make some changes. In the meantime any comments are appreciated.

The EA will follow my strategy to the letter after a little more work.

As far as EAs go, I still like trading manually but am slowly coming around on the idea of an EA for when I am work. I miss the London session completely and miss quite a few good entries, so I was using the 20/50ema and 3SS EAs to see if they help at all and threw the pivot EA just for the heck of it.

I am all for helping out so if it helps your EA develop then I will throw my 2 cents in. On top of what MKFX mentioned, sometimes when a position is opened up, no TP or SL is set up. and sometimes the SL is way larger than the TP so a manual adjustment is needed. Good luck with the EA.

Also, if this EUR/AUD doesn't break out in some direction, I might go crazy

Thanks all input welcome -I'm fortunate to be able to trade London or whenever. But I do miss some moves overnight - last night was a classic. Good luck with E/A!

Starting to get some interest here had quite a few pms in past few days. Run it on demos overnight and tomorrow those who can please post results and charts.I will go back to Khaled next week with the bugs. He's brilliant.

sorry folks. typing error there. its not gbpusd, but gbpjpy that has formed a daily engulf !


in fact there are daily engulfs on gbpjpy, usdjpy and usdchf. all that is required now is the daily macd to turn buy and then enter on williams 1 hr oversold.

on gbpusd the daily has turned sell. so we could be looking at shorts here. but i will wait for further confirmation.

i will be taking long on gbpusd right now based on my own strategy, just for a few pips since its my day off and iam relaxing by my laptop !
