Lol, you know another trader said that at .9020 last night and it made news lows. It may be logical to think that there is no more, or less downside, but trading defies logic.

Agree that R:R favors long.

But whether to buy now or wait till it drops further is up to each trader's discretion.

Personally, I've set triggers till .86+.

AUS-Sep : My Long trades are still Open From 0.90440 / 0.90430 and also wantt o place
new Long from Dip ASU_sep will go down little more and after that it will Go UP
i hope its will be good trade for me soon will get green pipXxX

It's everyone own assessment. I am just pointing out that the news coming out is priced in and their is nothing new in the future news that favors more selling. All the news favors buying. Then you have commodities prices moving up. AUD is a export of oil. Higher oil prices = higher AUD. You have gold putting in a bottom also and AUD is an export of Gold, along with others. Copper, etc... these prices are all moving up. AUD exports all those. So the R:R favors to the upside not to the downside. You can read it how every you want too.

Yup, not expecting it to go below .88 though, but it's always good to prepare for the worst

My setup is telling me it's gonna explode upwards by end of this week or early next week, so I'm ready.

Oils down, gold is down, copper is heading back to its lows on the daily. A stronger U.S. economy and crude and gold will be relatively stable. Gold should also tank if there is a taper in the works.

I am not attacking you position, but I am trying to define the logic behind that. Just conversing. All I am saying is traders keep saying this is priced in, bulls are here, and all Aussie does is going down. Glenn Stevens mentioned rate cuts, and I believe we are pricing that in, but until AUD economic data gets better I dont think the latter stuff matters.

Yes, Australia is heavy on commodities, yet as they move from lows to more stable ranges Aussie keeps falling. That's just what my charts tell me. We are due for a pullback, but I don't see that as anything but a quick trade. We are likely to see .87

Why do you keep placing longs? It would be best to wait for consolidation to get better prices.

When did AUD start heading down? When did commodities start moving down? I do not know about you but 85-90 old and 100+ oil is not down to me...but everyone reads thing different...

Dude, gold is down from 1600 an ounce. You can't tell me bullish Aussie because gold is at 1315 currently. It's off the lows, but down from 1600 and alltime 1900. Oil is down, $5, but should begin to stabilize. China's demand is sinking, and the US demand will as summer turns. Look at where copper is in relation to is high on the daily chart...yea, not that close.

Momentary price spikes won't help Australia's economy. The consumer is hurt, the job market is hurt. The resource boom has collapsed. Australia's economy goes hand-in-hand with China's and that doesn't look too promising

From your previous updated chart, could we see that the time for a swing is close? Since the begining of the year the pirce has been going down, we are almost at the lower side and needs to start moving up? It has gone below the 20 stoch

Aussie is not oil export heavy. Main commodity export are mining minerals. Those are heavily depressed in price and demand.
