hello friends....just newbie here...looking nice on gbp/jpy to short..seems it already overbought...enter sell at 153.00 and lucikly easy money come to me.....is this the best entry to hold the entry? any opinion on this pair?..thanks...

I think I've made that pretty clear on at least two posts: it's a short-term scalp as I'm expecting a pullback. I'm very clear with my biases by saying "short-term", "long-term", or "overall".

Haha, me too guys. I tried a short earlier and have been taking it on the chin so far. I'm hoping as long as it doesn't break this downtrend line, which is rather weak by the way, that shorts are still fair game.

PS: Glad to be on the same side as you Geppy! I can't wait until I can put on a full 2 lots and be able to call that a "starter" position... nice!!!

Ugh... it broke. I think we're going higher now. Took a loss on that short, but I think it'll be worth it for this move. I'm now long from 153... and praying

Good. I'm glad to see this 153.00 level holding so far. I was just going to say... if 153 can hold, I don't see any real resistance until around 154.

Historically the G/J rises on a thursday evening-fiday morning when bullish.....let me shoot you guys a signal here in a minute.....I think it will be a long GBP/JPY.....just a minute..

I wouldn't bother using a stop though. It'll probably just screw you over... It's fakeout city right now. Should get going here in a minute tho.

It's more tradable with small stops....floor traders do that kind of stuff....they're willing to take small losses...

Nice job Mpt. I'm really f*ing mad now because I got short from 153.20 and took my profits too early and tried to buy some back for a quick scalp and of course that f*ed me up... I should have just held on to my short dammmmmmit
