Here's what I started last night. 10 Gallons of Cider. 5 gallons is settling in with champagne yeast, and the other 5 gallons with a wine/cider yeast. {image}

That's awesome. I was actually just up at put in bay this weekend sampling some of the winery flavors up there. That dessert wine (I think it was called Ice wine?)... so good, so sweet.
