Here's what I started last night. 10 Gallons of Cider.

5 gallons is settling in with champagne yeast, and the other 5 gallons with a wine/cider yeast.

It will be spiked in two weeks or so. Natural spiking though...

I'm going to throw a few batches together with blueberries and rasberries. Should be fun.

that does sound good! they just passed a law or ordinances or something allowing wine makers to offer samples at all the farmers markets. think I am going to have to start going to our local one both wine and beer brewing has gotten real popular up here.

That's awesome! I know micro/craft brews are HUGE here in Columbus. The businesses and even local home brewers like myself. I'm always running into someone who does their own beers. It usually costs around 20-30$ for a 5 gallon batch, so it works out well...

that's about it. my brother really got into it for awhile and I would help him out and get paid with wine! and since I am a wine-o it was a great job LOL

LOL. What a great combination!! That's awesome. I was actually just up at put in bay this weekend sampling some of the winery flavors up there. That dessert wine (I think it was called Ice wine?)... so good, so sweet.

never heard of that. I have a friend who not only lives on a private airport but also has a winery. life it rough but he's a good friend even with all his faults. i'll have to ask him about desert wines
