Yep small gap down & you're pretty much spot on .9097 adjusted pivot point.
5,60,240,D TF all pointing towards another short day, but sideways more likely. As I've been doing for weeks, looking for the D high or around the pivot points then hittin trigger for shorts, but I don't think any trade for now. Not much news today on AUDUSD, big one for the EUR pairs Super Mario on this arvo tho not for this thread.

It's getting very predictable with Aussie. Starts the week on the upside to get the bottom pickers to think the bottom is in this week. Then, either Tuesday or Wednesday, the heavy hitters run it down hard the rest of the week to clean out the stops and collect the spoils;-)))

Will it happen again this week? Can't be 100% sure but this recipe has been a good one for 11 of the last 12 weeks;-))

you had an option: either take what you have or risk that profit. you did what you thought is right. i was shorting this with profit, i let it run but died at BE. letting profit run may cause you lots of BE stop outs, if you are long term trader it is worth giving a try.

Thats not very correct. Take a look at the dollar index and the other currencies to see what happened to them as well. Alot of buyers are back today to the game and it looks like the heavy sellers are out for now. If the AUD will bring out some good data in the next days the way to 0.925 is just a matter of time.

I am not sold completely on any major Aussie strength. The right shoulder is a little bit sloppy but still an shoulder. Wait for confirmation of a solid break of neckline before taking any long bias.

The dollar index has nothing to do with the aussie.

Not sure what you are seeing in dollar index, my read is very bullish chart. My read is that I see stops being cleared right now from the resistence in the 84.50 area (from the July 2010 high) and then off we go.

As far as AUDUSD, July 5, last Friday, may have been the bottom which means you should be in long only mode. I am still looking at the .8800 area as the first place I will attempt to go long in real size.

I am going to my beach house Wednesday for the week so I won't even be looking until Sunday. I will be surprised if we don't get the hard sell on Tuesday/Wednesday. If we don't get the regularly scheduled sell off, I may try some range trading (buy low, sell high) rather than just wearing short shorts;-))))
