You could use a similar methodology for trading as the one you have posted, Tony but news events are almost irrelevant. I say almost because they always should be taken into account.

A person could simply enter a trade on any pair, once there is a 5/8 EMA Crossover... Either bullish or bearish depending on said EMA Crossover..

Stop can be placed at the low of the bullish candle that caused said EMA Crossover or put at the high of the bearish EMA Crossover..

Then you place the limit the same distance away either above the open price or below...

It is a 1:1 R/R with extremely high probability of target being hit at just about ANY time of day.. Huge leverage can be used but not required to bank profits.

Hi there Tony I'm reading your thread wan't to give it a try, I have a few questions about money management and risk and few more things, if it's not hard to you to answer to me.

1. According to post I've read earlier your account is around 400k and you trade with 12 M that should be 120 Lot's and SL 12 pips that's 14400 $ risk or around 3-4 percent per trade, is that your standard risk for all trades or you change depending the type of news.

2. After certain amount of time or goal reached, do you pull some money from account, so you could live from it buy things and similar, because I've noticed that if I don't pull some money i start becoming reckless and risk bigger amount and go back to sum ZERO , by the way I have no trouble of risking in range from 5 to 10 % during day.

3. If it's not secret how much time it took for you to build that account, just i wan't to know the possibilities and do you trade this account exclusively with this system or you are using also another methodology for trading.

4. I see in the pdf it say unfinished, is it going to be complete soon...

I'm willing to start this way of trading, is it 500 dollars good start.

after EURUSD hit 1.6000 it started to build descening mountains as seen at monthly chart.

actual range it too narrow for your runners.
EURUSD is about to break either direction or at least will widen the range.
then you runners will work as used to worked.
I like Tony point of view to MKT. he has a smart idea.
but again range too narrow now. wait until it widens.

I see what you mean. The behaviour changes all the time, it morphs. Indeed, we are in a tight range right now making it difficult to get a 400 pip run. The market hits me, but I hit myself 10 times harder with my behaviour towards the trading. Page no.1 will change again in the next month. I'm as solid concrete now. I have been monitoring the market for about 3 weeks now, and looking forward when Tony comes up with updates to Page 1.

For now I think the nasty slippage / spreads / whipsaws forces us to take a stand and put in an order before the market frenzy. The way I see it, as the market evolves, straddle trading almost always result in a loss because of the increased spreads once news is released. Taking a stand and putting in a market order before the news release probably gives us a 50/50 chance of making something, as opposed to a virtual certainty of giving money away due to slippage and increased spreads.

The remaining problem is whipsaws, something which I have no solution to at this time. Sometimes you may eventually be right, but whipsaws would had put you out of the game by taking out your stop losses at the very beginning. But you can't really do without stop losses because what if you are really wrong at the first place? The you would be taking a massive hit to your capital which you can never recover from.

Naw - I generally do it right.

And by right, I don't take positions before the news, I don't straddle trade, I wait until my spread is back to normal (.3-.7 on EU), and then I follow where its going and trade pullbacks. News affords us quick profits and volume in the markets - thats what its good for. I think its the best time to be trading. However, I do not think that taking a position pre-news or putting a straddle is a good idea. I just like the amount of participation it brings to the market - that is where money can be made.

Spike was about 52 pips only managed to pull 23.3 but hey for a 10 pip SL, 70 secs of my life and high leverage I'm not Complaining!
