i would like to ask a Question to senior traders or anyone who knows the answer
why there is a spike above or below the market price when there is news release like NFP , GDP etc the market moves 40-50 pips within seconds i want to know the reason of this spike in terms of demand and supply

Try to answer Yours question.

You need to look more to the left to know reson for that

First 1H TF

Second 5M TF

Description inside Chart

In case NFP was bullish for $ price was rising so quick that may leave gaps.

That also may depend on broker on my chart is no gap on this pair.

But that does not change anything for me price make flag with limit area

Although, break is 1.20 is 99% impossible..

Will close all shorts at 1.20 and ride back to 1.30 over a month
Even the worst trade can close with profit. Just give it time.
