Inatractive now to scalp. You can scalp AUD but it stressfull think in such conditions. I now think we will hit 8800 this week after friday jobs report.
Unbelievable but AUD is done by bears. Now just dont have any strategy and level when to enter when to exit. Its better to wait july 15 CHINA GDP results.
After that MAYBE after this will be brake of such strong down trend. If not then july 31 FED Bernanke again

Now remember SOROS at may 10 2013. He said he is shorting AUD. That was not speculation. He really did it and mainlly Soros fund is one of those who short it.

Better to go to GU. It has potential to rise.

Just as 0.7000 or 0.6000 or anything below is possible, though unlikely in the short term

Simply look at AU when it dropped 3800 pips in 2007 and rose over 50000 pips at the beginning of 2008

you got the year wrong..
i think that was when lehman bro collapsed in 2008..
AUD retraced to 61.8% at 60cents before we continue uptrend.. completing ABCD formation at 1.10..

if history to repeat itself.. we may see 78-75 then move up to 1.20..

I think the chances of getting to 0.95 is higher than 0.85 (speaking short term).
Soros didnt 100% confirm he is shorting the AUD but lets not disrespect the old man who dropped the GBP.
There was alot of confusion about the data of last night and people get on panic easily..
I noticed some people here talked about US interest rate might going up soon, but this will only be the trigger of other countries to do the same, and I dont think the Australian bank will stay under 2.5%.

U know all trouble maker is FED. One word and a lot of troubles. FED goal to create an image that U.S economy is getting better and better. Even those numbers are not real.

What stands behind this? I think FED goal to create a crysis in china by lowering gold prices. We are very near the bottom i think. Maybe one more wave down to 1000 $ and this is it. Then FED will say that QE will continue and here we go. When he will say that? No one knows insted Bernanke.

Saying in other words if China will start really crash i think this will be the last crysis ever cause after WW3 will take place i will no need of forex.

So FED knows that playing with fire but add oil to boiling china its FED style. If WW3 will take place I will blow up FED first.

Timing timing timing. Every time i say it to myselft. Timing is the key not price.
U must open it in proper time not in proper price.

I think most of the world was thinking the 1500$ is very low price and a lot of people burned down. At 1350$ another part of cleaver people buy gold and again burned down

So i was thinking that 9500 is the last price of AUD/USD this year. I was wrong. Then 9330 was my next target and 9170 the last one. Now made -15% of my capital its prety big minus. So i stopped now. Need to reconsited my strategy. Its hard to go against trend. But to short at lows its also very hard.

Another indicator for me that qe will go on its streling/usd .

Sterling show stong move agains dollar. It indicates somethink. Maybe AUD will recover to 9300 soon. But down trend will continue to infinity...

Traders look at the AUD as a commodity not as a currency.. same for the gold sharp movemets for the last months.
Serious traders make profit from shorting it and then buying it back or close positions in some point. its not the ''Trend'' that makes the rules, its the traders with the most money who move it up and down and taking profits.

If to invest not a day trade AUD is good investment in 9000-9300 area. but investing takes weeks, months sometimes years.
I mean you can invest in AUD now and take profit suppose in 1.0300 level at the end of the year. But for daily traders its hard ticket

In long run AUD will recover thats for sure. But in short term it will go to 8800. In mid term we may see 9550 again but not more.

What interesting is that the bears will take profit at some point and will long aud. that will create a huge rocket to the sky. question is what are their profit targets.

to better understand this movement need to know when they will take profit? Or just now, or 200 pips below or 1200 pips below. that is importand now.

Data now is not importand and tech.dont work as usually.

for reversal drop has to stop first. we need to see a few green bars on weekly then retest of the bottom. once it is checked for reliability that would confirm downtrend is over. so it should take a few months.
