I personally prefer a little manual intervention more than often, especially with my two larger accounts. It's such a simple strategy and doesn't require much time at all anyways even if manually trading 10 pairs or so.

Looking back at my notes I have to ask the question, do you use any indicator when looking for a potential change in trend on the weekly time frame? Do you use the MACD or 50&100 EMA on the weekly for a potential change in trend? I know you use S&R on the weekly and monthly and stated that you have auto-pivot indicator plotted on your charts even though you don’t use it much. Thought this would be a good discussion for us that are interested in how you determine an overall potential trend change on the weekly or if you use monthly as well, so we can follow that up on our smaller time frames (Daily, Hourly). Thanks.

I really only use Candle Formation (price action) at significant areas of support / resistance on the Weekly time frame.

I am staying away from Cable and the Euro at the mo as cable is around the 1.5000 and euro around 1.3000 will be interesting to see where from here

Hello,
what's your thoughts about the AUD/JPY?
In my opinion we should disable the EA and wait till the price will get back above the EMA's at D1.
At weekly we have an up trend and huge resistance zones.

Ignore the open trades. Only a demo account for support and resistance.

Claudia, I dont know how your silver trade survives, its expensive, with 1ounce or 0.01 (or 1000 cur units) at 160sl=$80 cos PV=$50. Could u give me some pointers on sl/tp that u used? I am using the default sl=160, tp=320 for most cur pairs except jpy crosses which 100pips suggest using 280 as tp, and gbpaud, euraud which 100pips suggest using 260sl

I am just concentrating on this pair, and I only trade like 5 ounces or 0.05 or 5000 cur units and a time delay of 12 hrs and 1 trade max. Its painful, like watching grass grow, but its successful. Please let me know your max trade for Gold as well as time delay for ur preference and hows ur results so far?

PS: I dont think I am going to trade silver at the moment, the PV is too expensive, the vol is low and its damn difficult to trade. But if u got any good suggestions I am all ears (pps: My ears are free from "gold" that shld not be there)

Well... i don´t now. Is too good to be true. This is my results from 1 week. Demo account of 1.000 U$S, 1.314 more!!!!!

I´m a believer!!

I'm afraid that most of the people who can answer your questions have run away to the next new bright shiny thing

I am not qualified to answer your questions but I know 100pips does drop in here now and again and may be able to help

My two cents worth

I am using this EA two ways I have a small account running automatically but only on four pairs

GBPAUD USDCAD USDJPY AUDCHF I only trade pairs that look to have potential long term trends. As this is a trending system

Plus My other bigger account I trade with the :ask for manual confirmation" ticked

See Blue Arrow If the EA sends to many signals and annoys me I turn it off see red arrow

The I run a demo account (see trade explorer below on signature) that is out of the box as page one and I let it run 24/7 this help to give me a dorection of the markets .
Because If I knew what the markets are doing I wouldn't need any of this

Plus I run another live account and play with the settings

I am more conservative with SL and TP I monitor each trade and will close out if I feel the need I don't get greedy.

Hope this helps and yes be very careful with Silver and Gold I have lost and made good money on both but it's tricky

On the Daily chart, the EA will not (should not) take any trades while price is between the 20 EMA & the 50 EMA so no need to disable

While you see up trend on Weekly, many will see down trend on Daily, maybe watching for 50% retracement to around 0.97 before dropping again

You can only let price action dictate what your next action can be

For instance, it could bounce off (DOWN) the 20 EMA the next few days, as it is also at the 200 EMA

Let us wait and see

PS: Do you have every indicator display on every time frame? Isn't that confusing, you will get opposite trend information from MACD on Daily & 20/50 EMA at times?
It takes a lot for me to IGNORE you, but you can try.

l have been following this thread quietly since day1,l have to say people will never stick to one strategy.this a huge potential together with compounding.Traders can easily get about 10% every month from this strategy and using price action,support,resistance,understanding candle formations on bigger time frames will greatly increase the odds.thank you 1000pips,for giving people money yet they don't even realize that.thank you to Khaled as well,well done guys.

The traffic here is very slow but , if insist win

i know that the third screen is your live system and is It seems to me very logic system
but the 20x50 ema is for my style more profitable for now (live)
( i run third screen demo but something i dont do with PASR and i dont have good results)
but I have my doubts for 20x50 because dont have months results
i am confused and i know is my Decision
( i share my thought because we are all lonely in front the screen and we need companions)

hI,i AM TESTING THIS SYSTEM IN DEMO FOR 3 WEEK WITHOUT INTERVENTION AND THE RESULTS ARE VERY GOOG BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN BECAUSE I SAW SEVERALS ORDERS IN ALL THE DAYS CLOSE WITH JUST SOME PIPS + ,BUT, IS IT NORMAL IN THE EA OR MAYBE WAS THE BROKER?
