All MT4 brokers I tried offer swap free accounts, but they are actually called "islamic accounts". It's up to the broker to verify if you really live in an islamic country....

Hi ugo.fx, First I have a advice for you, you can Ask whatever question you have to their customer support and I`m sure that you will get quick response there.

And Second thing is I didn't get your question, Can you please specify your question a little bit like what you want or what you have a question about Security Account registration ?

is it the security question that comes aat the bottom of the registration page? i dont get it.. you might try a different browser, and better yet yeah, just talk to live chat about it best of luck

I'd been met up with the security question problem before, the question can not be recognized. Yes, I think it might be the problem of the browser compatibility. when I changed to IE browser, the problem can be solved for my case. i think ugo.fx may met up with the same problem.

Hi
I had a very good experience with Hotforex untill today when i was totally shocked. I requested a withdrawal of 15000 USD and their finance dept. called me that and told me, thier bank of Mariutus had hit on my name and they require clearance certificate. Does anyone of you had faced this problem, is it another way to delay funds? Though i dont expect it from Hotforex, they have a good team. But who knows. Please share your experience if anyone of you has faced this issue,

There are problems with my withdrawals nowadays. I used to get funds to my credit card in 2 days. Now i have been waiting for 8 days. I do not know what is going on.

I'm trading with Hotforex and InstaForex, and I got same problem in withdrawal with Insta too. That might be payment processor or banks. I believe everything should be fine.

Usmanz, this would trigger alarms for me. Hot Forex are supposed to be a regulated firm under Cysec and FCA, nothing along these lines should occur. It looks like they are delaying as a bank transfer should be normal day to day business.

If i was you my first question for Hot Forex would be why they state that funds are held with Barclays UK but they are actually in the Mariutus. I would also check if you are covered under FCA/Cysec when the funds are held in a Mauritus back account.

Well, As per my knowledge HotForex are regulated under FSC Mauritius and Cysec not with FCA. And I`m trading with them from last two years and never faced problem in deposit and withdrawal, Moneybooker is good option for deposit and withdrawal.

I am wondering if anyone where has experianced long withdrawal time to their credit card with this broker- HotForex, or had any problems with withdrawing profits in any other way. It has been already a week since i have withdrawn i hope it isnt something wierd going on. I am withdrawing to MasterCard.

Forex brokers do not have a withdrawal department because no customer ever uses it.

i only withdrew my money once. and that was 7 days delay. can't blame them because that was my first withdrew i think first time need some processing. also they said they need max 7 hour and some cases 7 days max. hope next withdrew will be faster.

I do often withdraw from Hotforex to my Skrill account then I withdraw from Skrill to my bank account. With the new wallet MyHotForex, my withdraw get processed after about 6-12 hours. I don't remember exactly.
