Does everyone calculate there own pivot points on 4 or five pairs everyday or is there a good site where one can get reliable ones?

that seems to be the most standard pivot listings i have found.
I never calc my own pivot points as the reasons pivot points work is because everyone is using them (including the banks). Most brokers are off by a few pips and that can put you off by 25 pips at s3 and r3. If everyone uses pivots that are different then yours you are not really using pivots

I use the Absolute Fibonacci Framework that more accurately, reliably and dynamically shows you where turning and sticking points are.

I find it handy to keep an eye on a several different pivot sets. Just to know why price is reacting to a certain price point along with my Fibs.
At London open I have one set of pivots on my charts calculated for that time. Price tends to find support & resistance quite often during the first volleys, then makes it's move. But that time is pretty much useless after that.

Most common start times that seem to be relevent are: (and excuse GMT times )
12:00 GMT (New York Open)
22:00 GMT New York Close AND Australian start. First session of day. Pretty much.
00.00 GMT A lot of people use this time. Coz it's easiest. ...Maybe.
It's also close enough to Asian Open, New York Close & the first sessions for the day that it a good general starting time for pivots. Especially considering things are usually quiet around this time, giving similiar pivots for each of those times most days.
Personally, I keep an eye on 00:00 GMT & 12:00 GMT the most, and to simplify, will try and trade off of one (Usually 12:00GMT). Always with one eye on the other.
