Hi

Since monday your avarage spread on eur/usd has increased and avarage spread is 2.0,why is this happening.

I do appreciate for the answer but I do expect some improvements on your spreads , I am a long term customer over 6 six years now with you guys , I use various forex companies and constantly they improve their spreads, you know where I am going now.

Thank you for your custom, it's very much appreciated.

As our forex spreads are set by price competition from multiple liquidity providers, they can vary based on market volatility and liquidity. As that changes, so too can the spread. If you would like to gain access to tighter spreads, I would recommend looking into the either our MT5 ECN account* or MT4 Pro account which offer lower transaction costs through a reduced spread/commission combination.

The transaction cost is dependent on the amount of volume you transact on a monthly basis, so transaction cost decrease as your volumes increase. Commission is based on volume traded per calendar month and commissions are nominal per currency pair traded.

Alpari's MT5 platform has tighter spreads than I have encountered on any comparable accounts, i.e. those that allow trades as small as .01 of a lot. I have demoed offerings from various different brokers in an attempt to escape Alpari ( )but so far to no avail.

On another note, could I ask you, Alex, from where the real volume figures on MT5 are derived and are they in dollars or what exactly?

The volumes in 'Market Watch' give you the opportunity to evaluate the liquidity of multiple tier 1 banks for each instrument we offer. These are expressed in terms of the base currency.

Hi guys,

Can anyone confirm there is an extra bar @ 2013/06/18 on the FTSE ?

Normal trading hours are from 10;00 till 21;00 (broker time) but on the 18th the day is from 10;00 till 22;00

What am I missing here?

Funniest thing I read for ages - so you say you are now giving accurate volumes for spot forex? I know this is incorrect and you do but still funny. I traded spot for a tier1 can't wait for your reply.

He is talking about the liquidity on Alpari's MT5 ECN platform, not the entire interbank industry - I would have thought that was obvious, especially to somebody who claims to have been a dealer at a tier 1 bank.

What happend with the pair USDNOK and USDSEK in ECN MT5 ?
Volume for transaction have been change to 0.10 mini ..(0.01 before).

It would be correct to prevent your customers..before changes !!

Did you have more surprises like that at Alpari, for ECN MT5 account ?
