My first TP is 150.400 just on the safe side. If it goes above I will add more longs.

It's a fool's game trying to find the larger direction for now on this pair. We're clearly in consolidation mode, and until the next leg is decided, the best play is to simply scalp the range. That's what I've been doing.

However, I think it's also best to be playing USD based pairs until at least after tomorrow when FOMC is all out of the woodwork.

I see what you mean you are right. Closed my long on GBPJPY still earned good profit. Did trade EURUSD pair this morning, earned good profit there too. Done for today. I have been following your posts for a little while now when it comes to GBPJPY, and I can tell you that you are very good at trading this pair. Sometimes when I was not sure when to enter a trade and you post something about it, I would be in profit on GBPJPY. Thanks a lot and looking forward for more posts.

Good stuff, dude. Like I said, I've been scalping the range, but even that is getting smaller and smaller and offering diminishing risk/reward returns. So I probably won't be doing much in GBP/JPY until later this week. At least I hope so... need to get out of this consolidation!

I agree totally. Geppy has been 70% of my profit last 3 sessions but last 3 scalps has to withstand a little drawn down due to pound selloff, but it just hasn't moved like its accustomed. Usdjpy and eurjpy offered better yen trades I think

sellin 4 146.60....use entry orders for the tp....buy at 146.60 coming back up

Isuggest you re-enter short at 149.01, this pair should get to 147.76 before one can start thinking of exiting shorts for today.

If it is unable to make a higher high soon, the expected bounce from 146.6 (or, as I think, 145.9 ish) may well be lacklustre in the extreme. GJ still goes through the appearance and motions of a large H&S and if it doesn't break those resistances above it soon, they'll still be there when the " bounce" comes - and we could see 140.3 fairly quickly. It it can break up soon and take out the resistance(s), the bounce SHOULD be as expected.

Quite possible. I am actually looking at the daily, and looks a bit bullish at this point. The beast hasn't failed me thus far.
