Having clowned around for years thinking like most mugs that it was easy to make money on forex, I am glad to have come across this thread and its companion. First and foremost, I spent the whole weekend reading through every post in both threads and all of the recommended readings such as PASR link.
I will therefore refrain from asking dumb questions but if I err then forgive me.
It would be remiss of me to not say a big thank you to 100PipsADay, Erebus and Khaled as well as a few key contributors of the two threads. Thanks.
Like most things I jumped in feet first on thursday/friday and made a few bucks as all the stars began to align. Over the weekend I decided to take a step back and test the EA and see where it goes.
I must say it has great potentional. I am still not confident to wait for 200-300 pips profit because I am one of those who lets losses run and takes profit at first opportunity. I am sure a lot will be familiar with that.
I will endeavour to be patient because that is what this strategy asks you to do.
I have a couple of observations from demo trades.
Opening a trade at OB/OS on 1H at set levels 20-80 will almost always result in draw down as current candlestick has not closed and momentum tends to force the price against the trade. So, if it has already been suggested the great but I would say wait a couple of bars to see PA and then enter the trade. How an EA does that, I have not the skills but I guess one could ask has it crossed out of OB/OS 2nd time and better still is there a divergence on 1H. Then that potentiallly would be a great trade entry as drawdown would be potentially far less.
My second observation is that the credit to Khaled and FF is smack on near where current candlestick is. I am sure others are holding back on recommendation for this but as I said I go feet first mostly. So, please remove it as we know you deserve the credit for programming it but it is not cool. If you want people to pay for this copyright removal then be upfront and ask.

Not enough movement in these pairs IMO to make them worth trading to be honest.
I'm currently waiting for EURNZD to hit OB and then going short. Keep an eye on that. MACD is showing downtrend.

...I don't even trade EUR/GBP 'cuz is not so much action , neither do AUD/NZD .
