I had a couple shorts last month but got chicken near 965. Now I'm only playing the long direction until we hit 985 or so and then maybe I will look to short or hedge a position.

No, Im going short too. Already got 50pips and we now have a bearish engulfing bar on the 4hr chart, which almost touched the 150 ema. The 1hr has now closed beneath the 365 ema. And the close is almost 15 pips below 0.96. All bearish signals to me.

The trend doesn't look finished to me....

IMO 0.9550 may provide some friction so the bear truck won't run too fast.

It wasn't meant as bragging. I was just saying I was going short also and that I had been in for a while (around the area you said you went short) . And the intention of my post was mainly to share my anaylsis of engulfing bearish bar etc...
