Hi Kos - Yes, I am an old timer & I appreciate your question.
I'm getting there, I have no trouble setting up platforms for demo or live, & understand your system. I've printed out all posts & bound them into many small books & read a number of times.

My problem is psychological, I need to overcome the bad habits I developed before I got to your thread. I believe it would have been better for me if I had started on your system before trying the many other systems.
Also impatience has been a problem but am overcoming that. The problem is me, not the system or the thread, it's just a matter of time. I enjoy the work & the challenge.

I am working at it & will get there eventually, I'm spending many hours on it & understand computers very well & can do the setups easily. I do wish I was 55 - 60 yrs younger.

The trading illustrations & comments from you & Tnavi & FX-Optimus & the others are a great help.

I wont give up, will get there eventually.

That's the spirit Larfa!
I believe that one of the most downplayed virtue's of this method is that it is an emotionless system, use that to guide you through your trades

Hello Fx-optimus,

Just thot I'd give you a handy little present to help you regain much-needed screen "real-estate". Attached below is a modified 14pairHas indicator...I re-coded it to depict the USDJPY pairs, that way, at a glance you would be able to monitor whats going on with the "USDJPYpair-harmony". PLUS, you will be able to do so FROM off of your C14 offline charts without having to view separate screens!

Anyways, I HOPE it helps. Enjoy.

NB: NOT sure whether I should have asked permission from Kos the Boss before doing this but I HOPE he wouldn't mind

you don't need permission, in as much as it is in line with what we are doing here.

I just checked your profile and am truly moved. You will get there shortly, keep the goal in sight, be focused.

Small lot sizes will help you gain confidence and gradually banish fear.
Hosting an EA with minimum lot size on a vps will take away the stress of screen-watching at your age,
all you will be doing is just ensuring the connection is on. But I doubt if you can trust an EA with your money.

We are beyond the tricks of brokers, if we loose we know we loose
and we accept it, cos we cannot win all,
but the broker that would hunt the SL for 14 pairs that are interwoven
must be very ready to move against the market itself.

because what we trade with the offline chart is the overall market sentiment

True talk! Which was one of the MAIN reasons that endeared me to this thread in the 1st place - the idea that the broker would be left scratching their heads most of the time due to this simple yet stealthy basket setup!

Anyways am not Indian at all o. VERY naija - parents are edo/abia extraction but was born upnorth in KD. No Indian blood in me at all. Lol.

Hi Kos

I got the entry correct as the EA picked up the orders in H1 chart. Quickly the basket moved up to +200. But very soon it came down to hit my break even at zero. I could not re enter as there was no re entry I could get in M5 or M15. I have been missing entries many times. Let me wait for en entry again.

Comparing baskets, you can see the these two correlate very well with less spread being paid (less pairs)

XO parameters is the same (800)

Can anyone think of any disadvantage just trading these four pairs?

I escaped the BE @ 2.9.2.12 settings H1, and if it had caught me I would have re-entered
cos I was convinced today is an up day

Take heart! a BE is better than loss anyway, there will be another setup
